Well I must say how surprised I am when…

Well I must say how surprised I am when I see all the glowing reports on this practice! Went there this week to see them with our pup and frankly the service was APPALLING.
The so called vet we saw was only interested in pushing that we should have our pup spayed, all well and good maybe for some people and GREENACRES RESCUE but we think having a pup under six months old even before a season is disguising and totally immoral.
On top of this the medication they gave use ( sorry ripped us off for ) has a dosage recommended by the manufacturer of 4-5 days, meaning 1 bottle would suffice, so why are they saying 7 days meaning you use 10% of the second bottle , which they are charging £42.00 per bottle when I can purchase for £23.00 per bottle, oh yes and this medication comes with a whole list of nasty side effects which frankly after we looked at decided we didn’t want to put our puppy through. I then emailed them immediately and advised I wouldn’t be using the medication and would be returning, plus our concerns over the attitude of the so called vet, at some point later they left a voice mail for me which unfortunately due to rural living I didn’t get until 2 days later , in the message they advised they works call back on Thursday today Friday NO return call so I called, again to be told spaying was the best option and they wouldn’t take back the drugs!!!!
Total joke and just shows what this practice is like, I warn everyone to be very careful in your dealings with FENTONS
