Exellent services and kept me informed throughout. Property was sold quickly after first block viewings and had multiple offers.

The owner is Ian a lovely gentleman ,no hard selling he takes care of everything , ,didn't realize I invited him in the confidence,in his company was brilliant, 3 weeks later sold my home , he sends everything to solicitors , all I had to do was pay them for selling the house , all the people who viewed was vetted, and professional. I will always recommend this company ,they work like a family and treat you like your part of there family Adam in sales ,perfect as well did an amazing job thank you so much Adrian Rainey

I purchased a house through ferndown Estate agents , I dealt with Sam Dunne ,the history of the house was a murder had happened here 4 years earlier ,also the house had remained unoccupied untill I bought it ,it was well known through the media , television ,radio , newspapers ,the house is less than 1 mile from Ferndown Estate agents offices, at no time ever was this fact told me by anyone at Ferndown Estate agents, I believe that it would have put me in a better negotiation place ,or I wouldn't have bought it, I would advice everyone not to deal with these people they are dishonest and deceitful.

I had a very bad experience with this agency, especially with Ian. we tried to buy a house as a first time buyer and we made the mistake of going with the mortgage advisor from the agency who communicated more with them than with us, he was not in our team. the bank undervalued the house and they havemade an appeal on our behalf without asking us and the application from the bank was rejected. the story is longer, there was a huge lack of communication between us, Ian took advantage of the fact that I had no experience in this field and did what he wanted. I do not recommend this agency or that oneI don't recommend IAN at all.

Ferndown Estates have been absolutely fantastic, they are a credit to their profession. Straight forward Estate Agents no messing around from viewing to completion.
We had previously dealt with a couple of Estate Agents but we did not have good experiences.
We saw a house they were marketing and contacted them for a viewing. Charlotte took the call who was professional, concise and down to earth at the same time. The journey with Ferndown Estates from then was great. Brian was great at the viewing, gave us so much background to the property. Samantha and Adam then helped with our offer for the property and sealing the deal. Mlak ensured all our documents were in place. Then Charlotte took over, she was fantastic. Kept us up to date on a regular basis with the progression of the sale, communication with the vendors and liaised accordingly with our Solicitor and Mortgage Advisor.
Every single employee we crossed path with at Ferndown Estates has been exceptional and we would not got to the end of our journey without them. Adam, Brian, Charlotte, Mlak and Samantha thank you for all your help, it’s been a pleasure.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team. Excellent service from start to completion. The team effortlessly guided us through the process and remained next to us every step of the way. We found them to be reliable, honest and completely trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Really unimpressed and disappointed in the service I have received.
Tried to book a viewing last Monday spent two days sending over all the information they asked for which is fine, then was asked when I was free for a viewing I let them know this and I heard nothing back after that. Emailed multiple of times for updates but heard nothing back from them until I emailed off right move again, to be told they needed my partners I for which I had already sent so I did it again to then be told they didn't have my information. I think this is just ridiculous. To then be told they had a few cases if covid which is why my information was lost. Surely they should have informed me of this how am I supposed to know that. The woman I dealt with was rather rude and unhelpful.

Thankyou adam and louise from ferndown for making the purchase easy and fast , went through thecsale likeva breeze,not to much communication making the process less overwhelming .
