I pay for "same day delivery". It took 3 day to get my delivery at my home. Not good customerservice and not worth of money that i pay for it.

We don't have any record of an order from you under this name, nor have we received any correspondance from you to let us know of an issue?
We have requested this from you and have received nothing which leaves us considering how genuine this review actually is.
As we have no information I can only respond to your comment here.
Our same day service is a direct to door courier service which is delivered within 3 hours. There is no delivering the next day or three days later as you imply. If the courier cannot deliver your parcel in that three hour window, which would only ever be because you were not home, the parcel is returned immediately to us.
We are a small business who strives to deliver 5 star service every time.
Harmful fake reviews like this are damaging to us and we can only hope our genuine customers see this for what it is.

Another great experience with Fetch
Another great experience with Fetch. The ordering process is so straightforward, shopfront really good (only thing is sometimes the "sales" icons cover the images so I can't see the item all that well). I've said it before when I've reviewed Fetch, their delivery is outstanding ... largely in part because they use DHL who also really care about delivering a great experience, even when delivering to remote locations.
The products are all top notch. Order included jocks, 'implements' and a singlet and I enjoyed trying them on over lunch (while making sure my work laptop camera was definitely off).
Highly recommended for range, efficiency and ease of ordering, and their delivery always beating expectations.

Great customer service
I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address on my order. I emailed customer service straight and a very helpful chap called Nigel sorted immediately for me and I still got next day delivery. Great service.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with this online store. After a delivery issue arose, I contacted their customer service and was connected to the manager. The manager was incredibly professional, respectful, and efficient. Within less than an hour, a new order was arranged, and I received my package from a different courier in under 24 hours. They followed up to ensure everything arrived perfectly. Their support is second to none, and I would absolutely recommend them. A huge thank you to the team especially the manager for resolving my issue so quickly and so kindly!
