The people at Fetch are always helpful and the products they sell are very good. Have spent over the last few months way too much money, my mistress thanks you for the recent toys
The reason for the 4 stars was due to delivery time, Mistress was hoping for a quicker delivery, however due to Bank Holiday and weekend the delivery time took a little longer than we have enjoyed historically.
This is not a criticism of Fetch its more around the delivery times you expect when you place an order.

A very happy purchase!
I have found 'Fetch' to be a very fair company. On this occasion a gripe i had was sorted out to my complete satisfaction. They have a nice shop in London, which i have visited and i do enjoy browsing in there, well worth a visit and friendly staff!
I recommend buying from 'Fetch' as they have many interesting products.
