Avoid these clowns!
Ordered my t-shirt. Then was told that due to holidays it wouldn’t get produced for another 2 weeks. No big deal. 3 weeks since they returned from holidays (so 5 weeks since ordering) and still no t-shirt. No reply to emails. I’ve now raised a dispute with by bank before it’s too late. Ordered from Tailorstore and have had 5 deliveries in the time these clowns have had my money and sent me nothing.

Great Ts!
I ordered standard cotton fully custom T shirts. The material is really comfortable and the price is super reasonable for a custom T shirt. As someone with an unconventional body type (quite broad shoulders, narrow waist), these have become my go-to t-shirts.
You may want to order a "test shirt" before ordering a large batch to make sure the fit is right. I found that the shirts ran a little shorter than what I'd measured (which is totally understandable, given there is probably some unavoidable discrepancy in how I measure vs how FFL tees measures). But now that I've found the shirt dimensions that work for me, I anticipate I'll be ordering a lot more Ts from FFL. It's so nice to finally have T shirts that fit!

I didn't get the shipment, yet they keep asking me to review the product. I can't track it as the shipping link they provided is invalid. I sent a complaint about this but nobody responded for days.

Was shipped within 2 weeks of ordering to the exact custom measurements and arrived to the UK shortly afterwards with no extra customs charges. Was pleasantly surprised by how high quality the material and construction was. Easily better or equal quality to tees which retail for 2-3x ffltees rrp. Will be ordering again in more colours soon.

Sadly didn't live up to my expectations
I ordered two different custom size t-shirts because I wanted to evaluate which was the best fit for me. Delivery took several weeks more than promised. When the shirts arrived, there was no indication which t-shirt was which, so I have no way of knowing. I ordered folded sleeves, but the fold is only secured in one place which makes it fold down constantly. Both seem like easy things to fix, so I hope FFLTEES will consider this for the future.

The under-arm sleeve length…
The under-arm sleeve length measurements I submitted were ignored. They are about 2 inches shorter than they should have been.
The delivery time was inordinately long.
Everything else about the shirts are perfect.
