Long delivery but good quality
I waited very long for my two t-shirts to arrive but I am pleased with the quality and results. Something makes me very upset though, and that is the fact that I got sent three sample pieces of fabric. One of them being cashmere, which is not vegan. Please allow for an option to not include the wool fabric in the future.

FFLTEES products and customer service have been nothing but excellent so far. Their product is exactly what they claim it is and their customer support invested the necessary time to make me feel comfortable regarding my measurements.
Yes, the shipping time is rather long, but that did not really matter to me, as I started ordering t-shirts well in advance of being on my last one :D. These t-shirts are the only ones I have, where I get the feeling that they truly fit.
I can only recommend you try them. I am looking forward to having all my t-shirts from FFLTEES.

It doesn't fit great. And the company doesn't have a guaranteed fit promise (like EVERY other online tailor I use). So I won't be using them again. Too bad.

Good product will order again
Have to give 5 stars. I previously bought a t shirt from another brand that fit me perfectly, but unfortunately the brand stopped producing that type of t shirt. The good thing about these guys is that they allow you to custom fit your t shirt to the last measurement, this meant that I could measure my favourite t shirt and get the same fit. Delivery took 3 weeks from Portugal to Australia which I think is pretty reasonable. Overall I am happy with the product, especially the detailed custom measurements and the option for Pima cotton.

I have ordered from this place twice…
I have ordered from this place twice and both times it has taken my order more than a month and a half to get to me. I understand these delays could be due to COVID....however, the last order I made should not take 2 months to get to me. My last order was made on 8/10 from FFLTEES and I STILL have not received it as the date is 10/4 today... this is ridiculous. I am very disappointed. Most likely will not be ordering from here again.

Like we explained in our previous direct conversation, we are working out this situation with our delivery services (CTT), and we are making a complaint directly to UPSP. Unfortunately, there isn't anything else we can do to speed this process further!
FFLTEES was created with an entire sustainable production process, and the delivery system was accounted for in our logistics, according to the most reasonable price, term, and environmental footprint. We have been struggling with this situation for some time now, but we are working to settle and improve it soon.
We recommend that you contact the local postal services, as they should be able to inform you about the current location of your order and estimated delivery.

The shirt I order fit like a glove, slimming but long enough.
I've had my share of custom shirts and I need the length, but usually making a shirt longer means the rest of the shirt gets more baggy as well, but not with ffltees, I ordered one shirt and after receiving it, I ordered 5 more.

Very Good experience
The product arrived fine but the size was not the right one. The shirts are top quality and I appreciate the fact that they are handmade.
The customer service was on top of things and they offered quick and reasonable alternative which I was happy with. I appreciate their flexibility and I will stay as a customer.

Comparing this to Son of A Tailor…
Comparing this to Son of A Tailor custom-fitted shirts.
This doesn't fit quite as well, and the fabric isn't quite as nice.
There was also a discoloration on the center of the back of my (black) shirt, maybe a skid or burn mark from an iron?
Finally, the inside tag on the side is itchy and driving me nuts. I'll have to cut it out. Son of a Taylor used a softer tag that didn't bother me.
Of course, this shirt was half the price.
It also took 3x longer to arrive.
UPDATE:
After a wash, the discoloration on the back of the shirt is no longer visible. Must have been some water-soluble gunk, or maybe a shiny spot (like from an iron) that got "buffed out" by washing.
The tag on the side still itches. Fortunately, it was sewed in place with different thread (white thread, distinct from the side-seam), so I should be able to remove it with a stitch ripper.
