Outrageous waiting times
To reach technical support take minimum 1 hour.
Very unhelpful support, it’s the technician’s fault.
The maximum 10 days to get hold of a technician is actually a minimum.

Worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service ever.
They told me to wait for a technician to call me which I did. And we agreed on a time he could come and fix my internet. Which was today (26/01/22) between 9 & 11 am.
He still hasn't showed up. And Fibia keeps on hanging up when I try and talk with them.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, if there was a technician that never actually showed up, it is very unfortunate and not an experience any of our customers should ever have, without properple cause like sickness, and in this case you should get that info straight from the morning, I would like to enrourage you to write us, about the experience as a whole, with an adress or a customer number, so we can look everything through.
