Really bad quality of service. The service is intermittent and at the 2,4 GHz band of the router, the speed never reaches the expected value. Moreover the customer service is terrible. Choose another company if you want a stable connection.

Poor service internet is down while I was working tried to reach customer service it took me over 2 hours without chance

We have a limit on your queues. We have that because it makes no sense to have 5 or 10.000 in queue wich we would have had yesterday at the breakdown. This is why we normally inform about this on our status site. Sadly we had no access to it yesterday. We did manage to get the info out on our Facebook site.
