Faulty item sent. Refused full refund.
They sent me the wrong boot size.
I sent it back at a cost of £6.
They then refused to refund me despite the fault being theirs.
They don’t have a complaints section on their website which should come as no surprise.
Customer service is nonexistent for Field & Trek.
If Field & Trek want to contact me they can if they wish to improve their rating.

Received a £36 pair of Karrimor walking shoes today 18/2/20.
One pair had holes in the side and the sole was coming away from the shoe!
Both shoes had mud on the bottom of them.

Similar experience to many others. My parcel has gone missing but they do not respond to emails and there is no apparent phone number to call for customer services. Do not use this company.

Easy website, nice items, BUT:
- prices on the boxes of the items you get are WAY lower than what you will have paid for it, leaving you feeling cheated
- no customer support or response if you want to discuss an issue.

Horrific! 2ndtime ordered bike advertised and second time received wrong 1. And trying to get hold of s/one practically impossible! Sister company of sports direct who initially sent the wrong colour, hence why I order from what I thought was another company, only to find out they were not! Avoid at all costs!!! Like the rest...utter rubbish. Ordered two items, one out of stock and instead of canceling the order deliver the remaining one so I pay postage for a pair of socks. No response...what a waste. Canceling payment with credit card and I'll return the socks to sender. Muppets.

I ordered ski socks in red and yellow (£4.50 each). They then emailed to say the yellow ones were out of stock and the order for them had been cancelled. So I was now awaiting 1 pair of socks for £4.50 and paying £4.99 postage on them..! No phone number and nobody responds to emails, so I couldn't get through to them to tell them to do the obvious thing and add another pair of red socks instead. Now I've paid £9.49 for ONE pair of socks. Absolute garbage company. Also, the yellow socks are still being advertised. How dare they continue to trade!!!

The worst customer service ever. I really don't know how they stay in business as what they do borders on the illegal.
They NEVER answer any emails, I ordered two jackets which arrived in a condition that looked as if they'd been dragged across a carpark!!! No response from customer service, I returned them, still no response!!! No sign of a refund nothing, I would strongly urge people to boycott this company entirely. Absolutely **********!!!! terrible.

This company is appalling, I ordered 2 T shirts usually £9 each or 2 for £14.
plus 4.95 P&P.
They informed me that they were temporarily out of stock and would only be sending 1.
I got in touch to ask them to send another colour as a replacement.
They didn't reply and I have received 1 T shirt and had to pay the full postage for 1 instead of 2 T shirts.
I have been onto their website twice since and they are still advertising the same colour and size that I ordered and indeed I can place them in my bag so that would suggest they have plenty in stock.
I think I have been scammed and very disappointed that they did not get in touch to inform me as I would of been happy with another colour.
I can not recommend this company.
A pair of trainers arrived soaking…
A pair of trainers arrived soaking wet... the box was floppy and the trainers onside dripping with water. I was informed that as the product was still usable as a gesture of goodwill they would refund me 30% of the price.... having explained they are soaking wet several times now 10 emails later they have now asked me to send them back for an inspection! This customer service is a total joke.... avoid at all costs!

I have been trying to get hold of Field & Trek regarding a faulty product I have bought, they are ignoring my emails. I have sent 4 over October & November with no response!

Three stars because item was good value (single speed bike). Negative was tracking information didn’t work, so only luck that was in to take collection. Emailed beforehand to try and get some idea on delivery because you cannot telephone, but no response. Item has a couple of bits damaged, but given the lack of response as above, prefer not to stress myself by trying to get replacement parts. I get not being able to telephone an online retailer, but then they must rely to messages in a timely fashion, which they don’t, wouldn’t buy from them again.

CANT CONTACT THEM! ordered and received a pair of Karrimor sandals stated to be size 8. I had the same sandals a year earlier and they sere a size 8 that fitted me properly. These new ones are visibly much smaller and I cant get them on even! When you try to contact them its impossible as they don't confirm receipt of your emails. They ignore them. THEY ONLY HAVE A PREMIUM RATE CONTACT NUMBER, WHICH WOULD COST MORE TO USE THAN THE ITEM ITSELF! I now have to resort to sending the item back at my own cost and probably never hearing from them again, judging by the majority of other reviews I have read. I HATE ORGANISATIONS LIKE THIS. DONT EVER USE THEM.

Terrible customer service. Have tried to contact them using the 'contact us' form on the website as there is no phone number to use. have still not had a reply. Have now had to return my order by post as the walking shoes arrived damaged. Am now very concerned how long it will take to get a refund, and if my postage costs will be reimbursed. Appalling online website...wish I had read the review on Trustpilot before placing my order!
Happy with order.
Ordered trainer's for my son and paid for next day delivery. No problem with delivery and was emailed next morning with my 1 hour slot. Unfortunately trainers were to small, so returned on the 16th August and refunded on the 28th August. Also i was refunded for my next day delivery charge which I did not expect. Will use again.
