We ordered a bike for our daughters birthday In early July 2020, the tyre and inner tube arrived with a puncture. The derailer is also loose. We emailed their after sales address immediately. We are now in the middle of August and despite sending chasing emails , we are still waiting for a response. After reading these other reviews we will take it up with sports direct and we will be contacting the ombudsman shortly if we do not get a satisfactory solution.

Ordered an item about 2 weeks ago , not had an email to say even been shipped yet, tried to contact numerous times to see where item is and getting no reply whatsoever just been ignored. Terrible company

Purchased two items from Field and Trek. Returned one item and requested an exchange. Nothing was sent and no refund.

Customer service is NON EXISTENT. No reply to numerous emails.

I shall be taking court action.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I made a purchase from field and trek back in March 2020 for a bike which we never received.
In June I complained to Sports Direct. Was promised a refund by Sports Direct as the bike was no longer in stock. Never received a refund so put a claim in to the small claims court. This cost a further £25 but included this in the amount to be recovered.
Solicitors for Sports Direct finally emailed and offered full payment of the bike and £25 Sports Direct vouchers to cover court costs. I declined this offer stating I required the court fees to be paid.
The same day this email was sent the money owed has now been refunded.

I can’t believe this company are allowed to trade. Deliver the wrong items. The process of contacting and getting a response from customer service is painful. Nothing is resolved. Buy from these clowns at your own risk.

First class service, Ordered some trainers on Saturday and were delivered on Monday.
Also worked out cheaper than sports direct.

Misleading....Field and Trek are actually Sports Direct apparently? Would not have ordered if I had known that. The details were on the dispatch notification I just received and in small print at the bottom of the Field and Trek website!

Oredered and paid for a bike stand.
No contact from the company despite several emails.
Do not use!!!

Had to send back a pair of Karimoor trainers - a size 8 is now apparently one size smaller. Not easy to communicate this to Field & Trek - return form being basically useless. Had to pay for return (not unusual). And did get a refund - although according to their email to me I was about to receive another order. But, of course they did not refund their original delivery charge - which the law states should happen. So, I am about £10 out of pocket. Reading the other reviews, they've won - I can't be bothered to try and get the delivery charge out of them. I would never use them again. Instead I got a pair of trainers from Mountain Warehouse who gave measurements in cms, so trainers fitted brilliantly. Their customer service is excellent.

Ordered expensive bike on 22nd of April, have had no delivery yet when it was estimated on the 5th of May. They have taken my money and the bike that I have purchased hasn’t been sent to my address. I haven’t had any responses to my multiple attempts to contact the company and so it has left me in the dark as to if my bicycle exists and where my money has gone to.

Bought a bike on the 20th April, have heard nothing! Money taken and cant get hold of anyone. Contact form on the website doesnt even work! Messenger sent a week ago, not even opened! Absolutely disgusted! Dont use!!!!!!!

DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE PAID FOR A BIKE , NOT DELIVERED WONT ANSWER EMAILS NO PHONE NUMBER DISGUISTING RIP OF MERCHANTS.

Was worried after reading the terrible reviews that my order wouldn't arrive, but it did the next day as ordered. Order confirmation received a few hours after ordering, email update by the morning to say order processed. NikeTrainers arrived by 4pm, were exactly as ordered, really pleased with price and quick turn around. Would order from them again!

Ordered 2 bikes but had to cancel the order due to being laid off because of coronavirus.
Heard nothing back and bikes were delivered.
I have contacted them 4 times now by email about collection of the items but still have heard nothing. Seems they have a none existent customer service team.

Worst customer service ever wouldn't recommend buying from them

Do not buy from this site!!!!! Bike arrived in battered box without peddles. Can not contact them at all.

We ordered a bike on 28th March 2020 as a birthday gift. The order was confirmed by e-mail and full payment was taken on 30th March but to date we have not received the bike. FieldandTrek have not replied to ANY of our three e-mails to them and they appear to have no phone number to contact them on. I only wish I had seen the truly awful reviews below before I placed the order and I would have bought the bike elsewhere. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID …

So angry - ordered on the 27/3/20 a bike - got confirmation a few days later now nothing - you cannot call anyone - all stores are closed and I’ve emailed with their customer services and no reply !!

Returned a set on Carbon Fibre Ski poles that were faulty and down right dangerous! Never received a refund despite several calls of over an hour each.

ADDITIONALLY ABSOLUTELY ATTROCIOUS BEHAVIOUR IGNORING GOVERNMENT RULES TK CLOSE RETAIL STORES DUE TO CORONAVIRUS!

I recieved my trainers with 5 days. The negative reviews worried me initially but I had no issues. I don't normally write reviews but in this case I felt compelled as I had a very positive experience.
