I bought a bike for my daughter on the 4th April. Were on the 27th April now and it's still a no show. I've requested a refund three times and put in an official complaint and yet no one has responded. I've reported them to Watchdog

Absolutely appalling
I ordered a few items from this company and paid for next day delivery. The items were sent out with the wrong postcode and, despite talking to an operative to correct the address, the items were again sent to the wrong location.
Despite numerous emails I haven't heard back from F&T, the courier company told me the goods have been sent back to their HQ.
I have now requested a refund, ordered the goods elsewhere.
I have never experienced such shocking customer service and will never patronise them, nor Sports Direct, again.
Mismatched boots!
My old boots collapsed suddenly and I needed new ones quickly for my daily walk on the local common, so I paid the £7.99 for fast delivery. They arrived and I tried them on, they were both a good fit and I went straight out. However, while out I realised there was a mismatch, making me think there was half a size difference between them. On closer inspection, it transpired that the lace eyelets are set back further on one shoe. I had not spotted this at first, so keen was I to get out. After contacting F&T, they said to return the boots to them for inspection, with the proviso that they would be returned to me if they deemed that there was nothing wrong with them. But I need them for my daily walks, so I have decided to live with the mismatch, as their appearance is not so important. Just a good job they are not smart shoes. I'll have to put this down to a Covid-related mishap, albeit an expensive one at £67.98, as if it were not for lockdown I would never have ordered footwear online!

Don’t even respond to emails. Sent wrong size boots with a security tag on. Poor, poor service. Why is there no customer service? Terrible experience, avoid at all costs.

This is the worst company that i have came into contact with. I purchased an order on 26th Feb 2021 for a next day delievery service and it has still not been delievered. I paid £7.99 for a service that has not happened. They return my emails and do not have any phone contact. There compant Hemes are the same ! do not spend money with this company.
I probaly will never get my order or a refund - I will go to trading standands next.

I was worried after reading the reviews but my bike came 10 days after ordering. Well packaged and easy to assemble.
I wrote an email as the tracking number didn’t work and Sports Direct replied immediately with the information.

Ordered a bike in June 2020 with 10 day delivery. Bike eventually turned up after chasing on numerous occasions in October 2020. Once I opened the box they had sent me completely the wrong bike. It was for my daughter who I was desperate to get riding so was annoyed but I was so bored of her waiting I decided to keep it. When I tried to assemble it the front forks were completely bent (no marks looked like issue during manufacture) making the bike unusable as I couldn’t put the front tyre on! After lots of emails I finally managed to get hold of them via Facebook Messenger of all things. After weeks of emails to return the item it then ‘got lost’ by the courier. Refund finally went through 8 months after purchase. Would never use this company again.
Absolute con!
Absolute con!! avoid purchasing anything from this company! I was charged twice the amount and they refused to refund the difference. The item clearly displayed 50% off, but I was charged the full price. Customer service was terrible, save the hassle and use a reputable supplier.
Appalling company
I ordered a pair of cycling shoes from F&T. When they arrived I found that they are over one EU size smaller than shown on the F&T website. I sent F&T an email on 19th January using its contact page asking for a a pre-paid label for the return of these shoes. As they are faulty F&T should refund the cost of the shoes and the delivery postage, and pay the return postage.I am very disappointed that a week later I have not had a reply to my email. I can find no phone number for F&T and my follow up email to its customer services address was blocked. Don't use this company - same owner & same appalling customer care as SportsDirect.

I ordered a pair of boots and, within two weeks, one of the lace rings had broken. I sent an e-mail with pictures attached and received a reply offering me a £10 refund or a returns label. Reluctant to visit a Post Office bearing in mind current restrictions, I asked for the discount to be applied to a new pair of boots. No reply. When prompted I got a reply from the same person who had not read my message, aplogised for me being sent the wrong item and attached a label. A further e-mail was ignored. Another e-mail from me resulted in a reply from a different agent who asked me to send some photos. When I mentioned the fact that I had already sent them I was told that they weren't there. Eventually I was offered a 10% refund or a voucher. Not surprisingly I turned down the offer of buying anything from them again.
In the meantime I had two e-mails telling me that the query had been closed.
It was only after I started to have trouble that I discovered that this once excellent company had been taken over by Sports Direct. It explained everything.
Products not the same as pictured on web site
Purchased a pair of snow boots. Got a different pair than the ones ordered and they will not agree to that even after me showing compare-photos that can not be mistaken. In addition, not marking the goods properly for export, made us get extra customs and vat on top. They claim customs is our responsibility and of course it is, but if you want to make sure foreign customers return, you help them by making it easy for them. Will never use them again and return on our cost makes it too expensive to return them too.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered an item at the beginning of October, which did not arrive. I emailed to ask for the status of the order, and received no response.
In late Nov I received an automated email to say the delivery date will be 15 Dec 2020. A few days later I received an email to say the order had been 'processed', which was shortly followed by another email to say the order had been cancelled, with a 'Reason given; ______' .
All the while, my emails to the customer service email address were left unanswered.
I'll never use the website again and would encourage others to look elsewhere

Field and trek rip off
My issue has now been resolved and my money returned. However, the company did not respond until I posted the message below on their Facebook and on Trustpilot.
Field and trek are essentially Sport Direct. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a coat that arrived 18 September and I returned it 19th September. I have sent emails and a letter. Now sending one by recorded delivery as they did not return my money. They have not answered any of my correspondence - all of which was polite. I will happily update you if they ever pay out. (I have never posted on a company like this before but I've never been ripped-off like this before!)
