Timing considering our need and attemtion during the deliver

Helpful and friendly personnel. Lots of models to choose and test drive. I visited the store 5 times in the past half a year and unfortunately, the queue is always high, and the staff is overbooked - at least half an hour in the queue to get attention.

Great prices, great service 😃🎉, great cafè latte ☕😋, what more could one want ?🌞

My new e-bike was ready to be picked up already 2 weeks earlier. Only then we discovered scratched on the bike. I would appreciate it of the medewerker asked before trying out the bike to check it of everything is alright, then I wouldn't feel so awkward to point at potential scratches. Also the jasbeschermers that I ordered with the bike weren't on it. When we pointed at the scratches the medewerker immediately offered to order a new bike. I appreciate this offer, however, I would have liked the option to buy the bike with a discount instead, since that seems more sustainable. Also this way I had to wait another 2 weeks until I could use the bike. I appreciated that, in the end, when the medewerker noticed that I was a bit irritated by the experience, she promised that she would see if she can get the bike earlier. I appreciated her showing that she cares and that she will put some effort.

Yesterday, when I finally picked up the bike, the jasbeschermers again weren't on the bike. There were no scratches anymore, but the medewerker forgot to adjust my seat (I said it was too high after trying it), which I realised after I got home. I left with a good feeling however, because the medewerker mounted the jasbeschermers for free. I appreciate this little gesture given the large purchase I made (2200€) and this definitely moved my 3 star experience to 4 star! One last thing: the medewerker said that I need a kettingslot also for the verzekering, but in their letter it says, that is only required for a value above 3500€. I would have bought the slot anyways, but I would appreciate the correct information ;).

I'm happy with the bike and the deal I got from the store. They don't sell second hand bikes, only new bikes.

Nice staff, very quick and helpful process

The front mud flap was not installed well. He did not check it even his colleague found the problem and told him.

The bike i bough is excellent.
The service is very bad. Stores are understaffed and people are strugling to fulfile the orderes. In the end customer is suffering.
Still didnt recieve the papers of insurance for the bike or invocie for the bike. i regret chosing this company to buy my bike.

they have many bikes on stock, so you dont need to wait long time to if you want to buy a new bike, however, there are limited staff working in the shop, need to queue long to get service. a lot of discount but less customized service provided.

I ordered the bike to try it and I came 2 weeks later it arrived due to holidays. The bike was great so I decided to buy it, but then I was having troubles with the payment limit of my bank. They waited with me to have it fixed, even a bit after closing time, and were very kind and positive.

Good service but waited longer for my bicycles due to online order fault.

Staff was friendly, but place was understaffed - to many clients vs 3 people working! Waiting time was long!
Second, it took almost 2,5 months to have the bike delivered. The salesman told me initially 1 month delivery time, but it was way wrong causing a lot of frustration!
