My experience has been great!

My experience has been great!
I could come to test bikes and get advice, and it was very easy to order the bike online.
To pick it up, your colleague was so helpful, knowledgeable and nice! She gave me great advice on insurance and on how to use my ebike, thank you so much!!

It was nice and smooth experience

It was nice and smooth experience. I was attended by Cass, he was very helpful and had the required knowledge. Explained about ebike very well. Also advised which bike to buy. Overall it was great experience

Poor/Unreliable customer service

Currently I have broken back tyre because of which I cannot even move my bike. Hence made an appointment at home during November 2024. It got cancelled twice indicating parts are not available. During third appointment, service guy came home assuming completely different issue and went back taking pictures of the actual problem. He ordered the parts (back tyre) and planned 4th appointment which was cancelled since the service guy was sick. Planned another one(5th appointment) which was also cancelled indicating sickness, After multiple calls, now I get an email indicating that the parts are ordered and I need to wait and they cannot help. They cannot even provide any temporary bike until this is fixed. Such a poor customer service where I am waiting for close to 5 months and bike is still not fixed.

Update:
I have picked up the loan bike. Awaiting how fast my original bike can be fixed.

At last they fixed the bike this week under warranty. Pitty that they asked me to return bike at shop which is also done on Mar 29.

Horrible Customer Service

I took my electric bike in for fixing in October of 2024. The issue was big enough that they had to take it to supplier. All in all the process took until January of 2025 to receive my bike (4 months).

1) The communication throughout the process was horrible. I had to call customer service several times for clarification for issues such as getting updates on what the issue is or getting a replacement bike which according to some employees, I was entitled to and according to others I wasn't which was confusing and frustrating.

2) I had to pay for a new battery but specifically requested that my old battery be kept because it was still working only that it would switch off at 50% and had to be charged again. this did not happen and my battery was disposed of which I just had to accept.

3) My bike was actually ready in December but did not receive any text message from them about them. I had to call and ask for this

The customer service was ok when I was buying the bike but for an issue like this, far from ideal. I have learned my lesson.

We had contact about your complaned. The store has to return the battery to the supplier because of the warranty. It was exaially not anymore in the waranty according to the supplier and gave the 50% courtesy. We understand that the communication was n't the way you prefer.

Greatly helpful staff and service at Eindhoven

The staff at Eindhoven store were very helpful and patient. They took enough time to explain every details of the bike and provided very valuable suggestions to choose the right one. After purchase they helped with choosing the right and better accessories. Also helped out with the right insurance selection. Overall it was a great experience buying the bike from fietsvoordeelshop.nl Eindhoven store. Thanks.

Good clercks, awful delivery times.

The lady at the counter managed to help me get a bicycle right for my size, ( I am 204cm tall). Although she was very efficient and friendly, I ordered the bike in early September and it was scheduled for early October, but it was delayed twice to mid November.
I was not offered any discount or small gift for the extra long waiting time. While the personnel is nice and feels qualified, the business needs to improve their delivery times and organization skills.
I would consider buying again from them, but I will keep in mind that I cannot trust the delivery time they claim.

Thank you for your review.

In the meantime, I have spoken to you by telephone and explained that if the bicycle is not in our warehouse, we are dependent on the supplier.
We then use the date they provide to us.
Unfortunately, they sometimes postpone this, so we unfortunately have to postpone it for you as well.
You suggested that we talk to the supplier, but we have done that many times and unfortunately there is no solution for this other than not communicating a date at all to the customer.
But customers don't like that at all.
I'm sorry you had to wait longer for your bike, but I hope it was worth the wait.

Good price, poor service

I give 2 stars only for the good price, otherwise the service is quite unacceptable. The bike was delivered 9 days later than planned. In delivery I realized the battery is not fitting the frame well, the staff did not help and told me to order a new bike if i didn't like it. Normally I would not accept this but I dont have time to wait an additional 4 weeks. Now I realized a noise in gearbox but I doubt if service will help or they will keep me waiting for days. My expectation from 5 years guarantee is also very low now. I wish I paid 200 Euro more and buy the bike from a proper service. I even dont feel the joy of having a new bike.

A bid store with lot of brands and friendly staff.

The purchase experience was really good. I got chance to check bike from a lot of brands. They explained about each bike, their advantages and disadvantages etc. Got a discount even for a lease bike, which i didnt get from one of the other store. Totally recommend this shop.

Can confidently buy here

Can confidently buy in Fietsvoordeelshop as they deal only with A Brand bikes. The store is spacious and well organized with accessories spread across various places. The working staff have good knowledge about the bikes.
