The purchase experience was really good. I got chance to check bike from a lot of brands. They explained about each bike, their advantages and disadvantages etc. Got a discount even for a lease bike, which i didnt get from one of the other store. Totally recommend this shop.

Competitive prices. Competent, understanding and helpful team, both online and in-store. Quite limited choice of accessories, so trade-in is useless.

Can confidently buy in Fietsvoordeelshop as they deal only with A Brand bikes. The store is spacious and well organized with accessories spread across various places. The working staff have good knowledge about the bikes.

The workers were very kind and helpful. There are lots of bicycle in the store and they explain the differences, advantages and disadvantages one by one. You can explain your needs and what is important for you. In this case they can easily narrow your search. Also very flexible for test drives, you can try each candidate bicycle :)

the customer services is terrible for the shop in Eindhoven.

12th July we visited the shop, check together with the sales person that one bike is available. We decided to ordered a bike hope we can receive faster. Soon we received an email mentioned expected for delivery is 26th Aug. However after 26th Aug, we didn’t receive any phone call or email about the status. Also I was trying to call on 2nd Sep in the afternoon without success.

So I decided visited the shop on 3rd Sep. I arrived around @17:30, and 3 customers were waiting. @17:55, a man from the shop came to me ask me to leave because they are going to close. I mentioned I am not fixing a bike, just would like to check the status, which may take only 3 minutes. And he mentioned no, he is the boss here, if he says no then is no. he cannot help I must leave. He needs to go home and have his family and life. And meanwhile, other customers were still in shop.

I told him, I have been waiting here for almost 30 minutes just to check the status, my order was delay, I suppose to get informed by you instead of waiting here! If you cannot help more people, then should stop receiving customers 30 minutes before closing or hire new people.

And the guy from shop mentioned, go and tell the headquarter.

I was very upset for those kind of services. Especially it was a mistake from shop. That’s why I am writing here. For last 5 minutes, instead of argue with me, maybe he can help check the reason of delay already. I was waiting for such a long time just for an answer of delay.

I do understand supply chain issue. It’s happening everywhere, but it is never a fault from customer. Strongly suggest actively updating customers when there is a delay, and please train people well, stop receiving more orders/customers when you cannot handle it anymore. Otherwise you will loose more.

Good advice, good service. No surprises

I placed an order for an e-bike almost 3 weeks ago, and I paid upfront. Today is the delivery date but I did not receive it, and nobody can tell me when I will get it.
I contacted the customer support via phone, my requests were:
1. a reasonable delivery date
2. a replacement bike until that moment

The don't provide a replacement bike while waiting for the delivery basically because it happens to them too often that they don't meet the delivery date.
Originally in good faith I thought my case was just an accident but apparently their business model is fraudulent: the website indicates as "in stock" bikes that don't exist or for which fietsvoordelshop don't have the batteries, so they will never be delivered.
What really disappoints me is that when I placed the order in the shop in Eindhoven I was clearly stating to the employee my concerns about the delivery date because I needed the bike soon.
Just for the record: the customer service offered me to change my order for another bike including a discount.. but guess what: the bike was not available and they could not commit on a delivery date!
other proposed solution was to take a lefover bike that they were not able to sell otherwise.
On top of their fraudulent behaviour, I also missed the opportunity to use the tax advantage offered by fiscfree
Never again!

Professional service, friendly staff.

The frame of my race bike broke. so I needed a replacement bike right away - not an easy task with the current shortages. The salesman understood my situation and found something for me. When the bike came in a couple days later, the service was outstanding. They were very good about moving accessories from my old bike - replacing things only when it made sense. I highly recommend this store.

Bought e-bike for my son, friendly staffs and explained the options in detail, price is cheaper when compared to other shops and delivered the e-bike on time
