I've had nothing but good experience…

I've had nothing but good experience with Figleaves. I've been a customer for around (possibly over) 10 years - ever since they started in a small North London Office. Their service is impeccable, their returns policy/process is easy and generous. Best of all, their products are great. Highly recommend.

Please don't worry, you don't need a printer to return your parcel to us. Both Royal Mail/Post Office and Hermes offer a label printing service is most of there stores. If you have a mobile phone you can receive emails onto, simply create your return as normal from the below link, show the barcode in the email to the store, and they can print the label for you.

I feel a little bad writing this as…

I feel a little bad writing this as Figleaves has always been my ASOS for undies and swimwear (as in great choice, easy to navigate website, fast delivery, etc). However I've ordered from them three times over the summer, twice I've had to chase them on a refund, which is really worrying as if I wasn't conscientious about checking my account and keeping a record of what's owed to me I might have missed this. Also, another time I ordered I paid for next day delivery and the item came days late. To be fair to Figleaves on the latter, they did refund me the postage but I don't think a record 3 out of 3 consecutive orders in the space of as many months all resulting in me having to contact the company due to an issue is a great record at all. I feel like their standards have slipped and I'm now planning to shop elsewhere as I like online shopping to be hassle-free and to be able to trust refunds will be processed without me having to chase.

I'm afraid due to high volumes of returns at this time of year, there was a slight backlog on returns reaching us and therefore being processed recently, which did mean some customers were waiting longer than normal for their refunds, apologies this happened on both returns on this occasion.
Sorry also for the delay with your order reaching you. Unfortunately, we are not advised of delays with customers deliveries, and it is often the customers who notify us first for us to be able to chase this for them, which is not ideal, and is something we are working on to improve.
I hope you give us another chance to prove we are working to improve our services across the board for our customers.

Very Disappointed

After using the online chat to ascertain what size bras I should order I was very disappointed when not one of them fitted. Some not even close. Sent the order back but two weeks later still no refund. Their reply is that the parcel was only received yesterday and the refund will be actioned today however, my tracking shows that it arrived two days after posting.
I used this company many years ago and was very happy but I certainly won't be using them again nor would I recommend to my friends.
TWO DAYS LATER: Follow up comment. I have finally received my refund but not the p&p cost which is probably less than the amount of interest they've earned on keeping my money for so long.

Horrendous waiting times ...

I live in the Netherlands and to be waiting a month for a package from the UK is crazy. Everywhere else I order from is delivered next day and for no extra fee. If I can get a fridge next day, then I should be able to get a swimsuit?

No review of product as I have yet to receive anything.

I live in Singapore and was first recommended Figleaves by an ex-colleague six years ago. Since then I've bought from figleaves many many times and currently my entire underwear and lingerie drawers are filled with pieces from only Figleaves.

I've always received my orders in the correct sizes and styles and have been very happy but last month was the first time in six years my order didn't arrive.

I waited till a week after the order was supposed to arrive before contacting Figleaves. Their customer service has always been very prompt for me and this time wasn't any different. When I explained what had happened they actually replied to tell me they'd arrange for a new shipment to be sent to me via DHL Express...I appreciated this gesture on their part and I will continue to use them. Frankly if they hadn't offered to do this I'd have been pretty peeved given I'm a regular and loyal customer and would've probably stopped shopping with them. As it is I'll definitely continue.

Quality-wise, I've always been more than satisfied with Figleaves and I find their products very worthwhile the money (even though they charge in English pounds and I pay in Singapore dollars...go check! It's a massive difference). I've been satisfied with some of the £50 bras I've gotten. I also find their items very sexy.

Some of my favourite buys are their Lepel panties. I keep buying the same undies in different colours. It's like the sexpot's ultimate granny panties! Soft, luxurious, and utterly comfortable.

Really really poor customer service

Really really poor customer service. Apparently Yodel attempted delivery 3 times yet I had no calling card or anything. I also only got refunded when I actually emailed Figleaves to ask where the delivery was. They couldn’t care less about my order and when I emailed them replying to their erroneous refund of just £1 (so weird!) telling them I was not happy and wanted the items as they were a present, they didn’t feel it necessary to even respond.

I felt like just another cog in the system - and very very poor customer service who don’t care. Well done guys!

Who knows if I’d have ever got a refund if I’d not chased first even though I wanted the items.

Order hasn't arrived almost 1 month later

Ordered swimwear on 26th April, said that it shipped 28th April, and it still hasn't turned up. It was supposed to arrive within 10 working days. It's been almost a whole month. Got them on the chat, they said to wait a little longer. Emailed them yesterday (1+ week after the chat), no response in 24 hours. Did I mention that tracking would cost like £28.50?? RIDICULOUS.

If I don't get my swimwear before my trip next week, I'm calling my bank and disputing charges. Such a shame, I used to buy from them regularly and didn't have a problem with delivery. Never again.

Figleaves what has happened to your customer service

I am sorry to hear that the returns took longer than usual, due to our peak period, returns are taking up to full 14 days period we advise to be completed. I can see that your refund has been submitted to your account, which can take up to 5 working days to show.

I went to order then noticed £4.00…

I went to order then noticed £4.00 postage - for one bra and taking 3 days! You have to be joking. So I looked at what it would cost me to collect it - even worse at £5.50. I don't need it yesterday. This is just a rip off. You've lost not just an order but a customer.

order did now show up

Ordered next day delivery for my holiday. It didn’t turn up. Nobody even told me it wasn’t going to be here. They wasn’t remorseful they just said “these things happen”. It amazes me at this day in age how retailers don’t have to be more on their game with orders! Will never use them again.

Speedy delivery, good quality, items as described,returns seem easy

Since I had put on weight I was unsure about my size and ordered two bras in different sizes. They came in two days.

One fit perfectly the other was too big (it was inevitable that one would be too big or too small). I spoke via their chat app on the website and a replacement was sent out and arrived the next day.

Both bras appear to be of good quality and since they were both in the sale, were very reasonable. I am impressed with the service. Update: both have lasted well, washed well and been joined by several new bras and pants.

not sized correctly

I ordered 2 bras in a 34FF and my boobs are coming out of the sides. The sizing is incorrect and I have other bras not from figleaves in the same size and they fit me way better. Disappointed. Not worth it for me to return as it came international.

Great prices if it would actually turn up

Great prices if it would actually turn up on time I paid 11.50. For delivery and nothing arrived no sorry it’s late or there has been a issues just no contact I couldn’t tell you if the products are good as they still haven’t arrived

Really impressed with Fig Leaves

Really impressed with Fig Leaves! Their products are not only great, their customers service is fantastic. I had an issue with Yodel saying they had delivered my parcel when clearly they hadn’t. I rang up Fig Leaves and they sorted it out straight away! They despatched my order again yesterday morning and I received them the following Morning - which was also a Sunday! Things go wrong however it’s the way it’s dealt with which makes a service great! Will definitely be using again.

Great bra

Great bra, great fit, great service, only fault was after first wash and admittedly I did put in washing machine the wire poked through the top. I've had one of these bras i bought from a shop a year ago and always wash in machine and never had this happen yet!! However I fixed this one and its been fine since and always wash it in machine!

I recently ordered 4 things from figleaves and one of them, a pair of cashmere joggers was disappointing as the drawstring doesn't go all the way round the waistband, and actually broke (i.e. separated from the side seam after a couple of wears). I decided to write reviews on three of the items I ordered, to provide some balance as too often reviews are either "this is great!" or "this is rubbish!".

Well two of my three reviews were published and one held back - guess which one?

I won't be ordering from figleaves again as they wouldn't publish my fair but negative review of a product I bought with my own money.
