I LOVE YOU FIGLEAVES! Extraordinary Service and Product!

Fig Leaves is AMAZING- they have YOUR SIZE! And they have models I can relate to- I see the girls who look like I did at a 28 C, and the women who look like my post 2-babies 30 E - and the fit! AND AFFORDABLE! And oh so many styles! The customer service is a dream, things are explained, simple, and I am confident in buying something I know looks good, will fit well, and for the odd thing I change my mind on or gets in and just doesn't ride me right it's easy to return. If you go to Victoria's Secret then they say to women like me, buy a cup size down and a bra size up and it's the same thing... not so! You might as well buy clown shoes with no support. THANK YOU FIG LEAVES! You've changed my life and it feels so good!

Not impressed

Not impressed! I ordered two sets of underwear for my wife as a christmas present and - not that I normally do this - decided to pay £5 (not a minor amount) for a gift box - what a waste of money. The box arrived damaged. It was not contained in outer packaging and looked like this is what should have been used anyway to present the underwear in. Furious, especially since I have had no response from Figleaves and just wasted £5, will never shop there again.

Fraud!

Fraud!

I had always been pleased with the products from this company but my advice to the consumer is to be extremely wary. I found out this week (22/11/18) that due to a purchase made 2 years ago, I had been signed up to 'Shopper Discounts and Rewards' without my knowledge or consent, who have been charging me £15 a month ever since.

I am someone who shops randomly in some very obscure places globally at times and something that reads 'Shopper' with its innocuous small amount is easy to miss and I never really noticed this being taken - which admittedly is my fault for not being highly vigilant.

When I discussed this with Figleaves, they absolutely insisted it would have been very clear after my purchase that I was signing up with another company; I would have been taken to another website and must have put my credit card details in. This is an absolute nonsense - I would never do such a thing. The customer is definitely not right as far as Figleaves is concerned - they simply blame you and take no responsibility even though they have partnered with these fraudsters. In fact Sandra from Figleaves even told me Shopper Discounts are not shady at all and it was me that was wrong! Clearly she's never read all the damning reviews online.

A quick Google of 'Shopper Discounts and Rewards' immediately shows you how many people have been defrauded by them. Indeed, there is a class action going on against Webloyalty, the USA organisation who owns 'Shopper Discounts and Rewards' in the UK. What sort of company takes money for two years without the person ever using the service? Even your mobile phone company has to tell you if you are not on the best tariff for you according to your usage! A legitimate organisation will flag this up as a possible error, not continue to thieve from you.

It beggars belief that this can happen in the UK, and of course like many other victims I've informed Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman. My credit card company will be refunding my money and preventing them taking more - what's more they tell me this is a common problem. From my research however it seems not all credit card companies are so helpful as mine.

My real 'beef' (as the common vernacular goes) is that a previously trusted retailer of quality goods partnered with these shady charlatans and then denied all culpability that I had been robbed for so long - whereas, it was Figleaves who had my credit card details and Figleaves who allowed Shopper Discounts to have access to those details.

I'd like to pass on two pieces of advice to save other consumers the pain and hassle: make sure you have the protection afforded by a decent credit card company such as Barclaycard before doing anything online as even well-known pure-players can take part in some shady practices; and Figleaves are definitely not to be trusted.

Unbelievably fast delivery

Unbelievably fast delivery, great selection on the website with everything being very easy to find and whittling the lingerie down to size was great too. Lingerie arrived and it looks beautiful on and is perfectly fitting. Great additions to my drawer! I’ll be shopping again very soon. Thank you figleaves!

EXCEPTIONAL !!!

EXCEPTIONAL !!!! I ordered my goods at 10pm and still took delivery the following day via CollectPlus. Highly recommend the the quality of the lingerie. I ordered Lapel bras and a Freya bikini, all perfect, size, Quality and fit.

Snails pace

Good at taken your money for items but very very slow at refunds. Even with tracking which shows delivered four days ago to the warehouse I've been informed they've not received I yet.

Think twice about ordering.

I am sorry to hear that your return is taking longer to process than expected. We do ask to allow 14 days from return, for your return be completed. Due to only having one or two drop off with returns from Royal Mail, instead of being every day like in the past. This can take slightly longer. When showing as delivered on the tracking, this means that the return has arrived with our local depot in Cambridge and we wait for the returns to be made back to us once they have a bulk load. If you have not heard from us by 14 days past, please send us your proof of postage.

Terrible returns experience

I returned 3 swimsuits over 2 weeks ago and have still not received refund. I have emailed them the proof of purchase from post office. Absolutely shocking customer service. Returned other items to well known online retailer on the same day and was refunded 3 days later. Still chasing my refund. Would never order again

Nice products but such slow return/exchange

Used once. Nice products. Original delivery reasonably prompt (but not prompt enough to justify the charge). I had to return items for a size swap and the process took three and a half weeks with no explanations or updates.

After a terrible experience with…

After a terrible experience with figleaves courier yodel I have now received my duplicate order which was sent out yesterday by collect plus.Thanks again figleaves. Myself and family have shopped quite a lot with figleaves and never had any problems with collect plus. Lesson learned always use collect plus and not there courier yodel.

Wish all companies were like Figleaves!

I have now placed and received several orders from Figleaves and would say that they are an excellent company to deal with. Ok- their lingerie is on the expensive side but excellent quality. Communication is great and deliveries are quick. The postage charge is quite high for a single item but bearing in mind that, as a lingerie company, many of the orders will be for several items - as you always need to check different sizes, styles etc. Free returns are quick and easy. All in all, a great company to deal with!

Very poor customer service

Anita sports bra is specifically designed to wick away sweat and keep you cool whilst exercising without chafing. It does not do this and as a follow on from my last review I have wasted more of my time contacting Figleaves as they requested to be told there is nothing wrong with the bra. It does not wick and it chafes. If you want good customer service from a company who cares about their customers then do not shop at Figleaves.

Thank you Figleaves for your reply. I can assure you that the bra fits and I could send you a photo if you were interested in customer service. However, as you are not interested in customer service I shall not bother to waste any more of my time. Perhaps a lesson in English would be good too. The reply states issues is but this should read issues are.

An elegant piece of underwear. It was a great fit and enhanced all that needed to be!
