Fraud
First of all; if I could’ve given fileslondon 0/5 stars, I would.
Secondly; I bought a Jil Sander sweater which they stated was legit. Afterwards, I found out that the sweater was a replica and could not live up to what they stated in the description of the piece of clothing.
Thirdly; In connection with my purchase of above^, fileslondon told me, by e-mail correspondence (which I can also provide proof off) that I would be refunded 10% of the original amount payed for the (fake; did not know it was a replica at the time of purchase) Jil Sander sweater because of means of miscommunication between fileslondon and myself which I actually thought was great service. However, the amount was never refunded and I wrote back and fourth with them for approximately 2 weeks and they kept saying they were on their way. Ultimately, the money never occurred on my account and fileslondon told me that it was my responsibility to receive the money which just makes no sense since they clearly never refunded any money to me and never had the intention to do so. Also, to clear things up, I know the 10% of the original amount “only” was around 10£ but, for me, it was the principle in the fact that they clearly did everything in their power to refuse the refund. And lying to their customers and shifting the blame to the customer is just terrible service; if you can even call it service.
Also, in addition to above mentioned^, it was mentioned, by fileslondon, that if I bought something else they could just give me a 10% discount, which clearly states that they never processed a refund and clearly avoided the refund.
Ultimately, to round things off, I will never be buying anything at fileslondon.com and I wouldn’t suggest the website to anyone else. Not even do they have terrible service; lies to their customers, they also sell replicates stated as legits.
