Todd Runkle and Samantha Weeks were so dedicated to making it a speedy and seamless. We were thinking of going with a different company but chose Finance of America and we are very glad we did!

They were respectful of my circumstances, and helped to make getting a reverse mortgage easier. The people involved were so patient.

All good except for inspection taking so long to schedule. The delay ruined a trip to Ireland and the west coast. The whole process was slow. Super slow with funds

In our loan application one of the reasons we kept going forward was your lender agent who responded to all the questions and procedures you had us follow so we could finalize this loan .we were frustrated with all the requests from your trust dept also the letters we had to write attesting to my wifes disability so we give the credit to staff that worked wih us to get the loan
