Could do better
Only two very small boxes but each came in separate packaging delivered by two different couriers. Not very environmentally friendly!

I accidentally ordered the same items twice
I accidentally ordered the same items twice. I was advised to refuse delivery of one of the packages. I was advised that they had received it back from the courier and a refund issued and within a couple of days my credit card had been credited. This was the first time anything like this has happened and I was pleased how efficiently the company had dealt with this matter.
