Geography
I ordered my ink cartridge on April 21st and 10 days later am still waiting for it. You used to be so quick and efficient. I don't expect items to be delivered at the speed of light, but 10 days is too long to wait. A helpful Customer Service Adviser responded to my request for help on 29th April and took additional directions to my house, but nothing has turned up yet. It is in a town street with only 10 houses in that postcode, not a remote rural location, though it has a name and not a number. This is the first time I am aware that a courier has had trouble finding it.
