The joiner, was on time, worked carefully and was incredibly helpful.

Solved all my problems with an old house with non-standard frames. After drawing a blank with other suppliers with lead times of around 15 months for a bespoke internal fire door and no one picking up the phone, I found Fine Doors. Absolute breath of fresh air, took all the hassle out of my hands and within two weeks the door was installed. Great service.

I recently bought a door and I’m very pleased with it. The quality is solid and it looks even better in person than I expected. What stood out the most, though, was the customer service — they were patient, helpful, and made sure all my questions were answered before and after the purchase. It really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the support I received.

I was really pleased with the service I received from Fine Doors. There was a minor issue with the glazing, which the Fine doors team recognised and rallied around to put things right. Communication was excellent and I am happy with the outcome. Credit goes to Nadeem who runs the company and showed fine leadership.

Bought internal doors from here, I had a great experience from start to finish. Nadeem has a wealth of knowledge which made the whole process easier as I did not realise how many different options there are available I.e handles hinges and different quality of doors. The range was massive but was narrowed down to my needs. Im extremely happy. 🙌 delivery date was also met as discussed 🙌 quality of doors and finish was 10/10! Will be going back and also recommending to friends and family!

Poor customer service steer clear from this firm. Very rude and abrupt and not willing to deal with the issue at hand. Will take your money and brush you aside. Bad service and not very good supply.

Terrible customer service. They delivered doors which did not match our specifications and the person who came to fit them left us with doors that didn’t fit the frame, and without a working lock. When speaking to the company about the situation I was treated with utter contempt. For example when asking who I was speaking to on the phone I was told ´Whats that got to do with the price of fish’ !! Appalling service overall. Avoid using.

I ordered an exterior door frame set from Fine Doors, which arrived with several pieces of cardboard taped around it. I guess weight was over 60kg. The delivery guys were so apologetic about the state of the packaging. On a cursory examination no damage, luckily due to them being an excellent delivery company. 6 days later I came to saw the horns off the frame and found that the frame was split with wood filler applied to cover it up and seals applied to cover another split. Clearly hiding the evidence of a manufacturing/assembly defect at Fine Doors. On contacting Fine Doors I have been told its more than 24h since delivery. Well im afraid manufacturing defects have a longer than 24h inspection period legally, so now you can deal with the Credit Card company. I would advise steering clear of a business that hides its poor quality manufacture.

Recently purchased a few interior doors after going to the showroom. Excellent service by Nadeem and the doors were of very good quality. After receiving them and having them installed in the house - I decided to change all the doors as they looked great. Even the builders were impressed! Would definitely recommend.

Accidents do happen, even with the best of companies, and ...as it happened.. the door which I ordered arrived damaged. But I'm pleased to say that Fine Doors agreed to give compensation for the repair without question.
