I didn’t think an online store could match the personal service I enjoy at my local, independent wine shops. However, Jim at Fine Wine Collector proved me wrong.

In summary, Jim takes a genuine interest in his customers and does everything he can to provide them an exceptional experience. He called me promptly on the morning after I submitted my online order. He wanted to make sure that the “nice bottle of wine” I purchased would be received safely.

Additionally, he took the time to learn about my wine preferences. During our conversation he offered to forward a preview list of a collection he had just acquired. It was right up my alley and it took all the will power I had not to empty my wallet.

Overall, one of the best experiences I had buying a special bottle of vino. I will work with them again.

Haven't had the wine yet so can't comment on storage but so far all good. Ordered and delivered right away with a phone call from the owner confirming someone would be home to receive. Smooth and easy.
