We have worked with Finishing Touches for years and they have always went above and beyond for us. Customer service is always great, our hand piece from our Meso Vytal broke and Kelly dealt with the repair promptly and sent us a replacement to use while ours is being repaired. We love the products available and highly recommend the company from our experience

I have found my training with FTG to be outstanding! The educational and emotional support that I have been given by Steve and Gemma has been amazing and has ensured that my knowledge and confidence have grown and grown. Having said that, every member of staff that I have had contact with has been kind and helpful. I have recently gained my premises and personal skin piercing licences from my local council and they even noted how obvious it was within my practice that my training has been excellent.

I have recently completed a Scalp Micropigmentation training and it was fantastic! Marzena and Emma were very thorough and explained the procedure so well. I felt supported and guided throughout my training. The online aspect of the course is very detailed and I was able to complete the modules in my own time. I would thoroughly recommend Finishing Touches for anyone who is considering a career in SPMU and SMP.

Excellent training. I have just completed the full Semi permanent makeup including ombre brows and meso training.
I have many years experience working hands on within the beauty industry so therefore I wanted the best possible training to allow me to offer the best spmu services for my clients.
Due to covid, my training had to be postponed from 2020 and as with all business/companies FT had to go through quite a few changes so therefore things were alittle confusing at the start, however, FT certainly didn't disappoint.
I feel a confident spmu technician with the help/advice on hand if I should need it, the training has been excellent, thankyou very much to FT group, Marcia, Steve, Gemma and all the team.

My course with Finishing Touches was amazing!
My trainer was Mariella who taught me skin rejuvenation and dermaplanning and henna brows she was such a lovely lady and she was full of knowledge and made it very easy to learn.

I did the scars, burns and skin grafts ( needling and camo ) with the amazing Kelly! I loved every minute if it! I had lots of models so had lots of hands on practice on real skin! The academy is spacious and modern and everyone was friendly and professional. I would love to go back there as the knowledge and support was fantastic.

WOW……what an amazing training course!! Having worked within education myself…… I can assure you at finishing touches they take the application of their training very seriously! And do not fail to deliver!! Content was very detailed and covered all areas! Delivery was exceptional considering all different learning styles! Products, the usual superior standard we always receive from FTG…..and the tutors….. well , they were next level professional!! Emma and Marzena are very friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, highly skilled with hands on, organised, understandable, patient and most of all……. They really cared about us understanding and enjoying the course.
Every member of staff I dealt with at FTG were super friendly and helpful!!

I’ve trained with finishing touches before and other training establishments too. I came back to finishing touches for my SMP course because by far they are the BEST. Feeling so confident to get started with this new technique I’ve learnt. Trainers are the best so thank you Emma and Marzena. I had a fab time too xxxx

I can not praise enough FTG. I booked 4 of my professional courses with them after researching for over 1 year trying to find online where would my money make the most of the investment. now Im through 2 of the courses and I certainly made the best decision ever!

I truly recommend it! if you are interested on training to the best professional level and with a company that will treat you like they care (because they do) then look no further.
I contacted other SPMU academies in London and surroundings but either their customer service was slow, very expensive, un-efficient or they just did not care to reply my questions about their training. Whereas FTG called me directly, open to answer my questions over the phone rather than emailing back and forth. Which showed so much of a personal care! they were not pushy either for me to enrol with them. all they wanted is me to make a good decision and also invited me over to see their facilities and have a feel of the training academy. (*competitors please learn from this*). I was so impressed on my visit, that I made the decision right there to sign up my courses.
