Amara Sumiga is an amazing recruiter who is defiantly going to have a successfully career in the recruitment industry. Amara, emailed me regarding an position via LinkedIn and didn't bombard me with emails, she contacted during convenient times to check how I was feeling before the interview and provided me with a lot of good feedback.

Louis is one of the worst recruiters I've dealt with in my life! Extremely unprofessional, I had 3 phone interviews over the phone with him, he wasn't even taking notes as he kept asking the same questions. When he finally forwarded my profile to the employer, he wasn't able to find a suitable time slot and kept offering morning ones knowing that I'm a full-time employee. I said no to him twice explaining I needed pm slots and I could tell he was not happy as his tone of voice completely changed. He never kept me in the loop unless I was following up with him!

Nadya helped me find a great opportunity on the digital market for a sales position, and I was very well advised in how to conduct the interviewing process. I must thank her also for the great job in following up with me and the company to rush the process and make things happen !

Isabella was wonderful. She genuinely listened to what I had to say (unfortunately, doesn't happen all of the time!) and reassured my concerns. I also loved the interview prep and articles she sent me which was super helpful

She also went the extra mile to provide the best service to me, as the candidate, and the company she was recruiting for.

Just to give an example: when she contacted me I felt she matched me with the perfect role. However, the role was based on a location I could not commit to. After receiving this information, Emily then when to the client, explained the situation, and arranged a chemistry meeting between myself and her client. The match was so good that Emily's client eventually decided to create another role for me. That was just magic!

Before I got contacted by Finlay James I have had a chance to work with many recruitment firms in London. And honestly none of them is as good as FJ! These guys are very professional, extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions you might have.
