Liam at FinSpace was brilliant! I first contacted FinSpace and knew very little about the Company, except reviews I read on Trustpilot. From the initial phone call with Liam re: a secure loan, the process was explained to me, and from start to end it took less than 3 weeks. Liam kept me informed at every stage, and provided advise along the way, including chasing and reviewing all documentation.
Liam went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him and FinSpace.

Good company to deal with but unfortunately cannot say that with some of the financial institutions that they have to work with.
Finspace were great but United Trust Bank of One Ropemaker Street in London were diabolical and should be struck off by the FCA.

I contacted , Alfred Crooks ,
in August 2023 to arrange a loan to repay a Bridging Loan .
The new loan was to be interest only secured on a BTL Property , the rental income to repay the interest on a monthly basis.
AS I am 81 years of age this was " easer said than done'
It has taken 8 months and hundreds of emails, documents and all sorts refusals but Alfred never gave up he just kept trying on and on for which I am so great full as I have a Pension Income from this buy to let property .

Ozzy at FinSpace was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive - through him we had a formal offer from another lender within 24 hours and completed the purchase in 2 weeks. Excellent service from Manoj & Gemma who did everything asked of them to source and deliver the appropriate bridging finance to a tight timescale. Every effort was made to deal with last minute items requested by the bank's solicitors. All in all I was extremely impressed with the whole team at FinSpace and I would definitely use them again and recommend their service to others.

As an investor I usually use my own money, however, the current market means I am moving cautiously. For the first time I looked at bridging for a purchase and I had the pleasure of coming across Finspacs and Liam who I dealt from start to finish.

Liam really made the process less stressful due to how drawn out the process was for an auction purchase. Liam was always available to assist even if it was an explanation needed.
