Fantastic service from Liam. We first approached about 12 months ago. The journey was complex and long due to external factors. Throughout Liam was attentive, prompt in service levels and helped in keeping the whole deal on track from start to finish - all on the original terms. He provided the best possible service and would not hesitate to recommend. I need more space to do his efforts justice.

I cannot praise Nabila my case manager high enough for work she accomplished with getting my bridging loan in on time .She regularly updated me on the status of my requested lending and helped me with all the paperwork to make sure we kept to a tight schedule even helping one the solicitors with their work so the loan came in ahead of time.I would highly recommend this company.

The presentation of a case is so important to enable it to move quickly through the process to completion. Finspace are excellent in this respect !. I first made contact with Anthony Coleman in Sept 2021. He has helped secure funding for an important investment but even after other funding offers had fallen through. He never gave up, while other brokers did. Anthony always had an alternative up his sleeve when there was "bad news". He eventually secured my lending and investment in Dec 2022 and it could not have been done without his tenacity but also deep knowledge of the whole case and lending options. He has also been a calm delight to deal with throughout. I would recommend his services anywhere and look forward to further dealings.
