Just had a gas fire replaced with a multifuel stove & received a super professional service from initial consultation through to installation. The staff in the Corby showroom are very knowledgeable & the fitters very respectful & completely covered up the room with polythene & dust sheets.
On completion we had a demonstration on how to use it. We are so pleased with the finished product & cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We bought an electric fire from fire designs 5 years ago and wanted to change to a multi fuel stove.
I went into the shop to a helpful lady that had all my details, dimensions.
Could not be any easier.
Installation was yesterday, by 2 very polite and helpful men.

We wanted to replace our open fire for a woodburner. The survey by Fire Designs Corby was thorough and answered all of our questions prior to the quote. The open fire was removed and made good with the minimum of mess and knowledgeable fitters. Installation of the woodburner was again fitted with the minimum of disruption and clear and concise information on how to operate it. The fitters were knowledgable and took time to answer our questions. Overall we are very happy with service provided by Fire designs Corby.

We had a brilliant service from Fore Designs Wellingborough, we had a warm welcome in the showroom, they fitted us in quickly for a survey and the installation guys were very friendly and professional. We’re really please with our multi fuel stove.

Fire Designs Ltd, Corby are top class. We had an open fire, but wanted to switch to a stove to be a lot more energy efficient, saving us costs on fuel in years to come and ultimately better for the environment than an open fire (80%+ heat lost up the chimney for an open fire).

This resulted in widening our fire opening, new hearth, lintel and a stove, etc. From visiting the Fire Designs Ltd, Corby Office, Jayne’s knowledge was excellent, providing informed advice. Simon, the fitter visited our home to check feasibility and the options available, again, very knowledgeable and all in a relaxed atmosphere.
The work was carried out over 2 days, lining the chimney, widening the opening, installing a lintel etc, etc. Simon and Callum were excellent, high standards, respecting our home, whilst carrying out their skilled work to a very high standard. The result is stunning.

We choose the PureVision, HPV5 Heritage multi-fuel stove - which is ClearSkies 5 and has A+ rating for efficiency. This Stove is easy to light and run, whilst looking superb.

I was worried a Stove wouldn’t produce the same level of heat, I was wrong. It’s warmer, more controllable and so much more cleaner to operate.

Corby Fire Designs have just fitted us with a new multi-fuel stove, hearth & mantlepiece which we're very happy with. The staff in the Corby store have been extremely friendly & knowledgeable about all apects of their trade every time we've been in, not pressurising us but assisting on every question to help us make our decisions. The fitters, Simon & Callum, were excellent on both days being at the property - polite, friendly, respectful & so, so tidy considering what they had to do. Simon's expertise as he went through the 'test' burn in the stove was clear, giving us thorough instructions & again helping with our questions. I thoroughly recommend this company!

Really pleased with my log burner recently purchased and installed by Fire Designs Wellingborough. The guys arrived on time and carefully covered furniture and carpets with dust sheets and cleaned up after installing the stove. I’m looking forward to a warm, cosy winter.

Lots of effort put into quoting despite me constantly changing my mind. Lots of fireplaces on display in the showroom and very helpful to be talked through all the options and see them first. Engineers for fitting were friendly and helpful and the final product looks really great.

The whole service was top class from the initial survey to the fitting and instruction talk. The engineers were friendly and knowledgable. We are very pleased with the experience.

Simon and Callum have just fitted a new multi fuel stove at my address and I am so impressed, both with their service and the stove itself! The corby fire design team were so helpful and their years of experience and knowledge helped me to decide which stove and hearth to have and also looking at the photos of other stoves they have fitted helped me to decide on finer details. Throughout the process they have been amazing. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Corby fire designs, I love it!

Excellent job throughout. From first showroom visit to final installation everything has gone exactly according to plan. Helpful staff, careful and considerate fitters - no fuss, no mess, no problems at all. We're delighted with the finished result. Highly recommend.

I cannot rate the Corby Branch highly enough, from start to finish the team were professional and courteous, right from the start when me and the Mrs went to look at stoves and book or appointment.
When the guys turned up, they completely covered my living room in dust proof sheets used dust extraction to remove most of the dust being generated, totally professional and produced amazing results from my 1930 chimney stack.
On completion they ran the burner up and demonstrated how to use it, completed the paperwork, and left me with nothing but an impressive installation.
The engineers are a credit to your organisation keep up the good work.

Fantastic service right from walking into the showroom in Wellingborough, to the home survey and on to completion. Installation team were excellent; worked neatly and cleanly. The original place that we wanted the fire to go didn't work out but there were absolutely no problems from the team about changing it at no extra cost to us. Before they left they went over fully how to use the fire; how to clean it etc. Top Customer Service! We would recommend Fire Designs to anyone.

We went into the showroom in Wellingborough to have a look at log burners and was really impressed with the range of burners they had. They also have a large range of granite hearths and fire surrounds to look at. We were allowed plenty of time to look around independently as well as having a young lady answering our questions. We chose our log burner and booked in a survey. We had some really good advice from our surveyor and have subsequently confirmed our order and paid our deposit. Instillation is planned for one day early September.

First class from start to finish. I had an old back boiler removed and wanted a clean, sleek looking log burner installed. The team took that brief and have given me a fireplace that’s even better than I ever imagined. I am totally thrilled, I cannot fault their care and service.
