Excellent customer service. Fitting team very professional and courteous. Installation of new surround and harth, inclusive of enlarging the wall opening, was completed with care and skill. The result looks fabulous. I highly recommend this company.

I was so impressed with the overall install of our log burner. from start to finish the communication has been great. there was an issue with the liner and the guys takes me through the problem and their solution before actioning it.

They arrived on time and ensured the furniture was covered and cleaned up as well as they could. the finish is great and we're really pleased with it.

A really great service from initial enquiry to actual installation. During the installation some unforeseen issues with the chimney came to light but these were sorted out without any drama or fuss and a huge thanks to Matt for working on a Saturday to make sure that everything was resolved.

Called into the showroom in Wellingborough to have a look at log burners. The showroom had a really good selection. We decided on one subject to the survey being OK. The survey was done promptly and we placed an order for a wood burner and a floating beam. A date was set for installation - 2 days in total. Our fitters were Matt and Brandon. They were both professional and courteous. They explained everything, all furniture and floors were covered with dust sheets to minimise the mess. The old stone fireplace that we had taken out was plastered over therefore all it needs now is some undercoat and paint to make it look great.
Overall really pleased with this company from initial visit through to installation and I would definitely recommend.

Very happy that we chose Fire Designs to install our log burner. Everyone has been so helpful - from the lady in the showroom (sorry, didn't get her name), James who came to do the survey and finally Matt & Brannon who did the installation. Friendly, efficient service from start to finish and we are delighted with the end product. Highly recommend.

The installation engineers were first class. The installation went smoothly. They gave us clear instructions on how to use the fire before they left and cleaned up after themselves.

Log burning stove installed earlier than initially expected, which was great for us as our gas fire was obsolete. Work was carried out efficiently and cleanly, great finish to the installation too. Brilliant heat output from our newly installed stove, looks great as well. Very pleased all round with our new log burner, the quality of customer service and workmanship. Highly recommended.

Had chimney breast opened up and a log fire installed, what a transformation, it looks fantastic. Not only that, the installers were absolutely brilliant, hard working and conscientious, making sure everything was covered up and when finished everything cleaned. We had to leave before they actually finished and did not give another thought to leaving strangers in our home, as we knew we could trust them, that is saying a lot in this day and age. So thank you guys, we appreciate all your hard work we could not have asked for more.

The selection of wood burners was excellent, lots to choose from, the shop staff were great & helped with lots of information to make choosing the fire easier.
A date was then fixed to have a survey carried out & again lots of help & useful information, the date was then booked for our log burner to be fitted, it was a two man team, who were excellent throughout the whole procedure, the whole room was covered in dust sheets & also the hallway, absolutely over the moon with the final installation, no mess & looks great.

What can i say we’ve just had our wood burning stove installed and we were so impressed with the team . They turned up on time laid dust sheets throughout taking them away on the first day hoovered and cleaned before they left returned the next day repeating the process Matt and Branon did a fantastic job so impressed , Matt explained everything before he left from how to clean it and how to use the air controls , loving the cosy glow from our new fire 💕

An amazing job from start to finish. The showroom staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
The installer worked amazingly on his own to install our new chimney and fireplace. The quality of the work is impeccable and he was happy to take me through everything and have a nose through the work he was doing.

The house was left clean and very happy with the new fire installation.

Will be using Fire Designs for our next fire project for sure.

Firstly, customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Bex in the showroom had time and patience to go through all my options, and once I had decided, kept me up-to-date on procedures and installation date. Had Simon from the Wellingborough branch turn up to fit my woodburner, and was very understanding when I got the date wrong and he had to help clear the room, so he could work on the fireplace. He cleared up afterwards, to a point the room was much cleaner than before he started. He was quick, and efficient and made sure I had all the information I needed to get a fire going. I'm glad I went with Fire Designs on recommendations. The woodburner is a great, good-looking investment and I will be definitely using the Company again.

Install team were great, arrived when they said and fitted room out with dust sheets, they completed the job in under a day and a half, they cleared all the mess. We're very pleased with our wood burner it looks fantastic.

Fantastic service from the start with friendly and knowledgeable advice in the Wellingborough showroom (despite being busy), quick and efficient booking and impressively professional fitting from the team (despite some unforeseen difficulties). Really happy with the whole experience and would wholeheartedly recommend.

we have just had our fire installed and the standard of workmanship was first class and the installers were very clean lots of sheets everywhere kept the dust right down also they did a great job on my chimney as it was looking worst for wear an the instructions gave to us on operating the fire was very clear and precise overall a great job and i will be getting a new fire for the extension
