Another update mess

As usual a new update changes settings that didn't need changing. Not such a big deal in itself if you can change them back if desired. But now all searches default to the address bar and nothing can be done from the main search box which is now just a waste of space with no way to reverse it. So I'm done. I'm going with bing, or edge, or Opera. Anything but Firefox. They've messed me around once too often.

June 2021 Update is AWFUL

June 2021 Update is AWFUL! The icons on the New Tab Page look like they were designed by a 13 year-old. It also screwed up the format on my search bar. A mentally-deficient toddler could have done a better job designing this update.

too often they change stuff that works

Every so often they would go and change the appearance of the app entirely, often for the worse. And there is no option whatsoever to keep the old looks. currently I struggle with the new interface because its too big and now my bookmark dropdown menu wont even fit on the screen.

Firefox has become a joke

Firefox has become a joke, forced updates and/or update notifications that you cannot turn off. Who do they think they are? And they're now on Update # EIGHTY-SEVEN?!?! - a new version EVERY MONTH!
Too much hassle, good-bye after 10 (previously) loyal years.

Firefox was my favourite but now they are in negativ dive

Working many years with pleasure on Firefox. It was simple and independent, not belonging to Microsoft, Apple,Google and so on. Since about one year ago, I followed the advices from Firefox to protect me from websites who do not respect my privacy like Google and others. I did and little bit by little bit nothing is working anymore on firefox. I put back my security to standard but is doesn't help. All the time page are not opening at all or only partially. It becomes now so complex
I looked to find help, but as I stay now in France with French IP address, I get everything in French language, even when I fill in English on their website. If you are in China you need to know Chinees language!!!They have now about 10 different logo's and so many sub programs: so very complex Not with 2 feet on the ground but on the ceiling. I cannot follow anymore. Firefox lost completely their track. You cannot get help from them or the community, because you need to understand French. so I need to leave and will try Safari, but completely controlled by Apple. But I cannot contact Firefox, so no choice to leave them.

Firefox has reduced me to tears

Shocked to turn on my computer today to find that Firefox has been radically changed, without any prior warning. Have lost valuable work time trying in vain to get the previous version back and to restore Google as my default search engine and get the Firefox one to work properly. Have been reduced to tears and very distressed because I relied on my son for help with such matters, but sadly he died last year and today has brought home to me just how helpless I am without him. There is no helpline to call, just a useless forum without any answers to the questions I type. Shame on you, Mozilla Firefox - where is your customer service? And how do I opt out of your updates in future? THINK, before you make changes, of how they might impact on people. At least give users some warning and the chance to opt out.

Long time user saves time and money and moves on

I have been with Firefox as my default browser since it started. Because of a change of bank Mozilla cancelled my subscriptions (Security I guess), the resulting hassle, frustration and getting caught in crap software loops trying to re-etablish my subscriptions has made me not bother, they lose the voluntary contribution as well. The geeks who write the latest sign up software should realize that the users of it are not as they are, users have a life and want to get on with it.

I will not use a browser that censors…

I will not use a browser that censors content its creators politically disagree with. Uninstalled and will be using a new browser from now on. You are an evil upon this world for seeking to silence people you disagree with. Shame on you.
