Incredible honest company that I will…

Incredible honest company that I will now only use in future! would not ship out the gas fire I ordered for my mother until I confirmed I had an installation survey done and passed by qualified person first they rang and sent emails to double check and then when the gas engineer done smoke test it had failed and so they refunded the money! 10/10 for being the lowest price online and the most honest!

Really great experience

I've been really impressive with the service of Fireplace Supermarket. They have been great at communicating the status of our order and answering our emails with one working day! Slight issue with the product delivered (not due to them!), but they resolved the problem straight away. Highly recommend! Plus they were the best price I could find!

Had fire installed good service replied to my email within 24 hours regarding delivery,delivery took about four days but all good.

Read the small print!

I have been really pleased with my Verine gas fire, and the ordering and delivery process. My only quibble is that I rang the Supermarket to ask about the 15 year warranty and was told by the agent that it was subject to annual servicing but did not mention that this also included annual changing of the oxy-pilot assembly which costs at least £40 plus servicing charge, which may have made me think again.

I ordered a new gas fire

I ordered a new gas fire, but had picked the incorrect trim and fret, phoned them and they asked me to go online and change the details. This I did and they changed it straight away with no probelms. Just want to say thanks for your help and will definatley be back to order more from you.

A disgraceful service

A disgraceful service; I sent an email to request an exchange or refund 11 days post delivery. After no reply, I chased a week later, for them to conveniently reply saying I was now outside of their 14 day 'cool off period' and a refund or exchange was not possible. They took no consideration to the fact it took them 7 days to reply to my original email. In addition, they do not answer the customer service numbers; a voicemail states that all requests must be sent via email; so you are in their hands in terms of reply dates. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!

Disgraceful Review

This customer did order from us then sent an email many weeks after delivery asking could they return the goods when they were outside of the 14 day cooling off period which they were fully aware when they placed the order. We did not take 7 days to reply to the customer but actually replied within 24 hours of receipt of their email.

The customer then tried to deceive us by sending a fake email alleging this is one they had sent to us within the 14 day cooling off period. Our digital forensics team noticed straight away this was not a genuine email and that it has also been changed in several ways on different correspondence we had with the customer. We asked the customer to send us the original email they claimed they had sent to us in a format that would prove it was sent to us and they failed to do this despite many requests. We confirmed our findings to the customer that we knew their email was fake and their attempt to commit fraud in trying to deceive us had been foiled.

Now whilst we will always endeavour to help customers were we can. As this customer had clearly lied to us and tried to deceive us in a number of ways instead of being honest with us. Any goodwill had been lost between us and subsequently we informed the customer that we were not prepared to do anything more in the circumstances based on their deceit. Hence, this has driven the customer to write this appalling misleading review about us in an attempt to damage our good reputation.

Consequently, as you would expect we are in the process of taking separate action against the customer in an attempt to remove their review from this forum and clear our good name against these false & misleading claims.

Smooth Simple and Great Service

After a nightmare purchase from gas superstore, fireplace supermarket was kind and friendly. Was a quick and easy purchase. Delivery on time. Great communication in the company, everything is in writing so you have all the details.

Great Company Great Prices Great Service

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with a recent purchase I made from the Fireplace Supermarket. I had emailed them originally with a load of questions, enough to put most retailers off I have to say, which to my surprise they replied to very quickly. So, I proceeded to order an Apex Liberty 10 gas fire from them. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and kept me informed of my order throughout. The delivery guy helped me in with the delivery, helped my unwrap the goods and allowed ample time to inspect the goods. All in all an excellent service. A quality product at the lowest price I could find anywhere on the internet I might add. I wouldn't hesitate in reccomending this company to my friends and family as they are a very good company to deal with and the fire looks great now its fitted in my lounge.

Good old fashioned service and value for money!

Very good company to deal with great value for money, cheapest fires and fireplaces, staff very helpfull, cant compliment them enough and would definately buy off them again if I ever need another fire that is!

CAN'T RATE THIS COMPANY HIGHLY ENOUGH

Having visited a number of local fireplace shops in my area I went online to see how prices compared. I spoke to a number of websites selling fireplaces and eventually decided to purchase from Fireplace Supermarket. Why? Simply because they were the most helpful I came across, very experienced, lowest prices and they delivered the goods when they said they would in perfect condition. Now you can't ask more than that! I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to buy a new fire or fireplace. They really are a fantastic company to deal with and having dealt with other traders online I find them head and shoulders above the rest.
