I am/was a complete noob in the area of installing my new wood insert. I had many questions and received very little help from other websites, as I was attempting to order my installation parts. It's obviously a big/expensive deal if the wrong parts are ordered etc ; it's also quite time consuming if the incorrect parts were ordered. I initially attempted an order on a different website, but never received a response with emailed questions and there was never an answer when attempting a phone call. Then I found Fireside Chimney Supply. I had to make two separate phone calls and both calls were not only answered but the gentleman I spoke with (sorry didn't get his name but sounded like the owner) always was so patient and polite regarding my installation / parts questions. He even went so far as to talk me out of a more expensive order, as he had found me a less expensive installation method. My (free shipping ) order arrived very fast (FedEx) once it was shipped. All of my parts worked perfectly and my stove is up and running. I would definitely order from FCS again and recommend to others.

The product got here quickly and in great condition. Everything looked good and worked wonderfully. We installed it ourselves in one day and enjoyed a warm fire that evening. Everyone should do this!

I called Fireside Chimney on November 2, discussed my requirements for a large 3 ft x 5 ft chimney cap with a very helpful sales rep, and ended up placing an order. I was told the custom made caps would come in about two weeks. The next day I called Fireside Chimney back to see if they could adjust one of the dimensions. The same man I had ordered the cap from said they could.. Only five days later, on November 7th, the cap arrived and was exactly what I had ordered (with the change) ! What a pleasant surprise! My order had everything I needed to install the cap (even the drill bit, screws, and adhesive) which I did the next day. Thank you Fireside for a great product and experience. I highly recommend them,

The fit was perfect. It could of not have worked out any better if you actually came to measure and install it yourself. Good quality material and workmanship. Saved a bundle of money from the quotes I received from various chimney people. Glad I found your internet site and have recommended your company to others in my development. Will be using you next year for the other chimney on my house.

Good product for what I needed but received it damaged and neither end was male so made it really difficult to use in a space saving application
