I ordered a Warhammer kit for my sons…
I ordered a Warhammer kit for my sons birthday but as he was possibly going to accept the package I needed it to be in plain packaging, this is because with so many e-commerce companies your purchase arrives "In all its glory"; not ideal for a gift! However, I probably didn't word my request very well as the following day I received a phone call from Firestorm; a very nice young lady had rung to explain that they didn't offer a gift wrapping service if that was indeed what I meant. I then explained in a more understandable way what I'd actually meant. She was extremely helpful, friendly and polite but also professional. The package arrived within a couple of days and lo and behold it was in a plain box with no evidence of advertising upon it. Her name may have been Kendra! I think but she also managed to hold her own when as I was about to end the call I shouted "Cat! Don't eat that effing squirrel" I was of course rebuking our family pet for chasing said squirrel in the garden. I think she was shocked but managed to hold herself together admirably 🤣
It was excellently priced for what it was and was only available at that price from Firestorm Games. Thank you Team Firestorm 💙
