Arrived on correct date. Loved the “wrapped” logs which made it much easier for me to stack them at my leisure - no rushing to get them under cover before bad weather. Despite a tight squeeze the driver managed to get the job done - just as the snow started! Many thanks.

Wood delivered should have been 10 inches. Found too many were much bigger than that and could not be used. Would not use these again

The wood is excellent
The wood is excellent, and the communication and efforts of the company when my order was delayed was really good. I know it was out of the company's hands, but the delay to my order was a little costly in having to buy small bags of wood during the coldest spell so far this year to keep me going. The courier was friendly and helpful when it did eventually arrive, but if i do order again, I hope it might be a speedier delivery process.

The wood arrived early. It's really good firewood. I'm not very technical and couldn't apply my discount online. I mentioned it in an email to the office and Firewood Express refunded me the £25 within 48 hours.

Asked for delivery after holiday and that was ok. Delivery driver very polite and helpful. So 5 star earned.
Notice though you are now offering money off for older clients, pity too late for us, we are both in our mid eighties. Perhaps next time.🤞🤞
