In May/June 2019 I contacted this Polish transportation company to arrange a move from Italy to Switzerland. They could not pack our stuff so we had to do it. On the date of our move (we are a family of 4 people) at the end of July, they did not show up and were not answering our calls, e-mails, whatsapp messages, sms. They only replied to a Polish friend that used a Polish telephone number. They cancelled the service and took no action to help us solving our problem. We hired a Polish lawyer and we hope that the Polish Court will persuade this company to act differently, or at least at acceptable service standards. I can tell you that this experience was a nightmare and it cost us a lot more than previously planned. If this company pretends to work internationally it has to take its contractual responsibilities otherwise it better changes business. The Polish court has finally condemned Basmar to pay all damages.
If you read their late reply, you can realise the quality of their services. They allow themselves to judge the work of a Polish lawyer (who despite his young age did an excellent job) and even of the Polish court that ordered them to pay all damages. Now they also risk a libel suit, this time from a Swiss court.

Dear Mr. scammer, two years ago, a Polish court found you guilty in equal measure. Please refer to the court ruling. You wanted to scam us out of money, but luckily, the law was on our side. Why are you contacting us again after four years, you fraudster?
Why didn't you mention that you used illegal invoices and organized a fake transport? Your young and inexperienced student lawyer couldn't answer this question.
