Brilliant company. They really listen to what you want. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. They have lots of samples of finishes and handles for you to look at. They come out and measure everything for you and plan what you want for your bedroom with you. They can add lighting and sockets for you.
You get an estimate with a picture of how it will look and you can make changes if you wish.
The fitters are excellent and very tidy too.

The prices are very reasonable for a bespoke bedroom. Excellent quality and much cheaper than Sharps - who we had a previous quote from.

Give them a call, you won't regret it.

1st choice - 1st class. Could not be happier with the whole journey which took less than a month including Xmas break. From visiting the showroom where we were made very welcome to the home survey/design stage through to build - 2 walls of robes fitted in less than a day! Quality people and quality materials - and reasonable prices too!

Excellent measuring service followed by clear pricing options. Ordering was straightforward with good communication.
The fitting was carried out very professionally by friendly fitters who did an excellent job.

I am disappointed with the fitting service I have had this was my 3rd purchase from 1st choice the staff are very friendly and helpful but unfortunately on this occasion the fitting of my bedroom unit has been well below the standards compared to what I have had in the past. I would like to clarify few things I have noticed few things whilst cleaning the units other day would be better if I could get a call from the company.

Excellent friendly first class service. Very helpful staff in the showroom helping to choose style and colours. Bedroom fitters did a brilliant job and left room tidy. I am very pleased with the quality and standard of work and would highly recommend. I will definitely be using 1st Choice again.

Excellent service. Had one of the sales team come over one evening to discuss and measure up for a fitted wardrobe and drawers. I was able to have everything I wanted no issues and within 24 hours had the quote which was very reasonable. The best thing was the timeline. They came out just under 2 weeks later and fitted the wardrobe. The installation was done professionally and the bedroom was left spotless after they had finished . Very impressed with the quality of the furniture, the price and the manner which they dealt with the whole process from start to finish. Made it a very straightforward stress free time. Will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

I used First Choice for the first time in April. They were excellent, professional and totally reliable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and their prices were very competitive; and the quality was better than I imagined.
All my family and friends who have seen them have nothing but praise.
We did have one small issue regarding two very small bedside floating shelves. Despite coming out on three separate occasions to try and rectify the problem, it was not possible. The cost of the shelves was deducted from my original invoice, which was a satisfactory conclusion. The two shelves fit in well with the completed job and are quite fit for purpose.
From my experience, I would have no qualms in recommending First Choice Fitted bedrooms to anyone.

The whole service, from start to finish, has been great. The team at first choice spent lots of time with us getting to know our requirements and showing us various options. Their site visit was informative and efficient. Our fitter was respectful of our home and paid attention to detail. We particularly liked that they fit on top of our carpets. The finish is beautiful and we're really pleased with our items and the value for money.

We had a very expensive quote from a National company and unwilling to pay that much we searched for an alternative. A colleague from work recommended 1st Choice bedrooms. Their quote was significantly less for the same job. Their service was excellent and we are delighted with the wardrobes they installed.

This is the 4th time we have purchased bespoke furniture from 1st choice. Their service has always been efficient and reliable and their products of good quality and value for money. Thanks particularly to Jack for being so helpful and accommodating and to the other staff for doing such a good job. We have absolutely no complaints and are very happy with our purchases.
