A brilliant experience from our first visit to the showroom to the fitting of our wardrobes. Staff always friendly and helpful on our numerous showroom visits when deciding on design and colour, good advice from Jack when measuring up, fitted within weeks once we’d made our decision and all at a great price. One tiny fault with a wardrobe door but one call to the office and was immediately given a day the following week to replace it….. fantastic customer service and would highly recommend.

It’s been a pleasure from start to finish. Sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The fitter was excellent and left the house spotless. The office staff have been very helpful and quick to respond. Overall we’ve been exceptionally pleased with the service.

Third time I’ve used this company (in 3 different houses). Amazing service, from start to finish… dealing with Sarah (who dealt with the quotation) including the young man who came out to measure - (and give me advice on fitments etc.) to Callum the joiner/fitter who was so efficient, knowledgeable and very polite. The end results are fabulous and first class! Would give them 6stars if possible:)

Quality wardrobes, quality fitters, beautiful finish. Spotlessly clean when finished. They also dismantled an existing set of fitted wardrobes, carrying them into the garage as my husband just had op and couldn't do it himself. 3rd set of fitted wardrobes from them. 1st choice is our 1ST CHOICE.

Professional from start to finish - 3rd time we have used 1st Choice and consistently professional , on time , clean and tidy - despite us changing things they accommodate all requirements !!

Great product and customer service

Fantastic quality and first class neat service, these guys have fitted all four of our bedrooms out and the garage/study conversion we did, cant fault the quality , choice and the service , many thanks to all the Team at 1st choice for another great job!

We used 1st choice after they were recommended to us by a friend that had used them and we were more than happy with their service. When my parents needed their wardrobes fitted we went to 1st Choice straight away and wasn’t disappointed, from start to finish all the staff we have dealt with have given exceptional service and we are really pleased with the end result. I have recently had a Fully Fitted Bedroom now, the service and aftercare is Brilliant.

I also used First Choice Bedrooms 10 years ago, they have never lost that local personal touch as some companies do as they get bigger.

1st Choice Fitted Bedrooms provided an excellent service throughout the whole process. At our first and subsequent visits to the showroom, the staff were friendly and helpful. Jack, who measured up for our fitted wardrobes, gave us excellent advice. As we learned more about our needs and the product, we changed our mind a few times and this was accommodated by the whole team, including Jack who visited our property a couple more times. The fitters were courteous and took care when manoeuvring items within our home. The whole team are customer focused. The product is built on site and is of excellent quality.
