I am loving my grass. Good quality, delivered on tine

Grass looks great, reasonably priced but I’m only giving 2 stars due to these 3 reasons:
1. Paid online, had an invoice straight away but no delivery date, waited a week then called up to ask for ETA.
2. Customer service guy was very rude, abrupt and not letting me speak, I honestly wasn’t having a go just wanted the day it would be delivered.
3. Foreign driver turns up dirty white unmarked van, hardly spoke a word of English just said ‘Grass’ watched him struggle for about 5 minutes trying to get this 100kg roll off his van, asked why he was on his own and where his lifting equipment was but he just muttered something under his breath. I had to climb into his van and help him push, Unbelievable.

Mission accomplished. Good service and satisfied with the grass. Had my gdners to do the gdn be4 they came to install the grass. After work done the truck came for the wheelie bin and refused to empty it as there was soil on the top of all grass and weeds. My gdner said it wasnt them, Joe emptied the bin for me although he also said it wasnt them. Well, it was certainly not me as I paid for both services. I just do not give the 5 stars because of the grumpy face I got today. I did my part. I paid for all of them what they asked for. Do not think I deserved it 😡

Having searched far and wide for some artificial grass for my back garden I came across First Choice Grass via a facebook Ad. I signed up to receive a sample pack which arrived very promptly, from there I gave them a call for what I was after, I had a few questions about which grass I should go for to which they offered some very useful advice, showing a high level of experience in the field, delivery was prompt and the grass looks great!

Totally unacceptable service cancelled delivery and installation 3 times on the day due .. days off work wasted totally unreliable would not recommend

After having problems with the quality of grass,the company have now replaced the grass.All issues have now been resolved and I would be happy to deal with them in the future.

excellent from start to finish , the only down side was when the samples came nothing to say the prices were plus vat

I cannot fault anything when I ordered my grass from first choice grass. The whole process from my sample pack to my order being delivered was 2nd to none. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and relatives.

The team at First Choice were really helpful with samples, ordering and guidance on laying the grass ourselves. We're really happy with the finished result.

Grass excellent. Was not delivered on day expected as not put on delivery van so stayed in all day. It was only after contacting them at 4 o,clock they said it was not put on the delivery van!!

We ordered a large amount of grass for our garden, the grass arrived on time a was great quality and it was so easy to put down and looks really great. The customer service was excellent. We would highly recommend

First choice grass are a excellent company. I first got in touch with them and ordered my samples, these arrived very swiftly. By having these I was able to look and feel the quality of all the grasses on offer. After I had chosen the one I wanted we phoned the company with a few questions, these were all answered by a very knowledgeable person. We then went on to order. The grass arrived within the expected time with no problem at all. Once laid I couldn't believe it, it really is fantastic and transformed the garden completely. I am rather in love with my grass, no mowing, no muddy patches and feels lovely when walking on it in bare feet. And best of all it looks beautiful.

Very reliable friendly helpful service hence the reason I use time and time again. Thanks lads

From our visit to your showroom till the arrival of our order we were very impressed with the advice and service we received.
The grass looks really good much better than the old patio we had. Our grandson should enjoy playing on it.

Good choice's of sample's and very good delivery service, i am very happy with the knight bridge artifical grass look's amazing in my garden and very soft as i got two disabled kids, they have a 4 meter by 9 meter area in the garden to play thats safe and they can be no worry's of them falling and hurting them selfs 5***** stars all day long will be buying from them for the other section's of my garden
