Brilliant company, great product and super value for what you pay!

From ordering to delivery the process was very easy. On top of this the guys in the office were extremely helpful. The grass looks amazing and was cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Would definitely recommend this company.

It was a real pleasure doing business with the firstchoice grass team. Very friendly and polite. All my questions was answered and explained, before ordering, as if talking to a friend and not someone trying to sale. An order was placed and it arrived on the date arranged. However the courier lost part of it. One phone call and the missing part of the order was re sent out next day delivery with out question and I had several follow up call to make sure it turned up and I was happy. It is refreshing to find a company who valve customer service before profit. A big thank you to Jack, Joe and Will for some of the best service I ve had in a long time. Very pleased with the grass and look forward to the summer.

I ordered some grass samples which were delivered within 2 days in a nice presentation box,samples about 150 mm square about six samples of different grades all were good but some excellent and very lush if that's the correct way to describe.Decided to place order on a Friday and it was delivered on Monday,came well packed on a roll like carpets do,well protected with cover and end caps,very pleased with our choice and are going to get more for the deck at our static caravan,got a courtesy call a week later to see all was well,great company products have ten plus years warranty.cheers first choice.

Very good service, swift delivery and an excellent price

Very impressed with this company and it's products. I have recommended them to anyone thinking about transforming their garden. It is very hard to receive a great service in an age where your money means more than you, but the 2 guys I dealt with, from ordereing to receiving my delivery, gave me a true 5 star service.

Ordering samples was quick and easy. Unfortunately communication after that point was less than professional on some parts. My enquiry regarding the new fitted service, and subsequent follow up communications, did highlight a breakdown in communications.

I can truly say that the support given after the initial problems experienced was of a high standard, checking at each step that I would find the right solution for my garden refurbishment, giving fair guidance on costs and products supplied.

Greatly appreciate the help given by Jack to ensure that I was happy with the final outcome.

After receiving multiple free samples of grass from various companies, I quickly decided that first choice grass product offered the quality that was after!
I purchased the grass online and was greeted with a friendly phone call a couple of days later to confirm delivery times.
I received the grass and all was expected, top quality product that I would recommend to anyone (although I recommend getting the professionals to lay it)

Decent product and quick delivery

After ordering the artificial grass, I was expecting to wait at least a 2 week period for delivery. But I was amazed it only took less than a week.
It was a fast speedy service , which also the people I spoke to on the phone were very helpful & informative.
I will gladly recommend the company to anyone who needs to order the product from them directly.

From my first contact - ordering samples through to a follow call once we had received and laid our grass the customer service has been absolutely brilliant. The grass is amazing quality too! We have had been having a terrible time trying to get anything to grow along our drive way because of the trees that shaded it. My wife said let's try artificial grass so we did. I am so glad we did. We got our grass from First Choice Grass after a trail round the internet, mainly due to their prices at the time. We ordered some samples which arrived very promptly and made our decision and took the plung ordered the grass. The guys at First Choice Grass could not have been nicer. They called us up and arranged a convenient time for the grass to be delivered. When it arrived it was in a massive role. We followed the instructions and laid it on sand and it looks amazing. We have lived in our house for 15 years and this is the first time we can say we are happy with our driveway thanks to artificial grass an First Choice Grass.

We are really pleased with how easy the grass was to install and how realistic it is (the Avon version) we have even had passers by walking into the garden to touch it who couldn't work out if it was artificial or not! Very pleased.

Found first choice grass on my facebook feed, I never looked elsewhere for price comparisons but thought their prices were very good so purchased the 33mm. If i was ordering again i would probably pick a 38 or 40mm as the grass does lay pretty flat but nevertheless am very pleased with the result.
