After waiting for over two weeks to get my equipment and cancelling my order because I couldn't get useful information, I finally placed an order an got excellent service. After I had originally waited a week and product was still not shipping, I initiated a chat and was told it would ship soon. That was over a week ago and I just got fed up when I discovered it still had not shipped. I found out after I had cancelled the order that I could have split the shipment and placed another order then initiated the chat with Chris. He was very helpful and even added more equipment to the order.
I've placed a couple of orders with FPV, and the service has been brilliant. Dispatched and delivered very quickly. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Hi,
I'm brand new to FPV (not to flying) and as anyone would know, there is a huge amount of information online out there for an ever increasing list of options to build your rigs. What goes with what and why, what to avoid, what configurations are best for park flyers or long range etc. etc. I was completely overwhelmed at the options. Further more, much of this hobby is trial and error, there are little set guidelines so most of what you have to go on is based on the opinions of others on forums or info sites. Although these are often great opinions, there is much out there that is not vetted so you do run the risk of following an instruction that may work for one scenario but may not necessarily work for yours. In doing so causing some potentially expensive issues.
In short, the team at Firstpersonview.com removed all the issues above. They were incredibly forthcoming with just general knowledge and advice. They collectively have an extensive resource of information and experience within the FPV/RC community and I often asked some very technical questions to which they always had an answer and if they didn't, they had the info available for me to make an informed decision. They even helped me on technical support not even associated with equipment they sell. They are simply dedicated to providing the community with genuine highly skilled support, a real credit to all the team there.
I cannot recommend them enough for anyone either wanting to get started or just pickup some new equipment for upgrades. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by the site to see whats available. They even have a chat service so you can get instant advice (which I use often).
Cheers
Nick.

Hi Simon,
thank you very much for your outstanding support. It's the reason that I prefer your shop among all the others! Now there are companies here in Bulgaria that sell these products, but they have I long long way before they actually know what they are selling. :)

Completely new to RC flight, and after a lot of internet research I decided to drop the guys at Firstpersonview a line to ask for advice. Super quick to respond and jargon free, I was able to quickly make my choice! Been really pleased with the support supplied then + after service. I'm now the proud owner of a Phantom 2 / Fatshark / ZenMuse combo and loving it. I recommend these guys to any potential buyers out there! Cheers

Yesterday I managed to, and I'm not saying how to save embarrassment, destroy one of my DJI Phantom's motors. I've bought all my gear from Simon in the past but I wanted to see if I could get a replacement quicker and cheaper. The answer was definitely NOT !!! I made my order yesterday afternoon, on a Friday, at about 4pm and the replacement motor is now in the Phantom. A real big thank you to Simon, Esme, and all at Firstpersonview for the excellent service and for saving my weekend flying. Best Regards Nidge

I was supplied an item which became faulty after a few weeks. It was verified as faulty by 3 other people, including the local model shop who tested it with their models. Returned the item (at my own expense) and was charged £25 because they claim it does not have a fault!
Absolutely disgusting, slow service, would not recommend to my worst enemy, avoid at all costs unless you want to be well out of pocket!
Also worth noting that this practice it in breach of the distance selling regulations, have passed the details to trading standards.
