The manager, Harry, is so helpful and keeps us informed of everything concerning the building.
There are plenty of social events and it's easy to make friends with fellow residents.

By far the worst property management company I have to deal with. If you ever get a response, the representative over complicate the process, with an intention of delaying solutions to issues, so it gets passed to the next representative to deal with, and your back to "square one"Never purchase a property that are managed by First Port.

We live in a independent living development in Hessle. We are extremely angry we did not receive our management bill and have now received overdue accounts with a £95 late payment charge. The administration team do not know what they are doing !!! The property manager is amazing trying to help

Kane from FirstPort said when he answered the phone that he was very helpful! and so it was he sorted out my query with no problems.
I had been on the phone to another service agent who did not seem to understand my question and put me on hold multiple times. She eventually told me what I needed to know but then the phone line went dead without a final resolution.
It is a pity that when calling a service desk you cannot get through the the people you know are efficient.

Clueless and incompetent company. They keep sending me letters to pay the building insurance that has been paid during completion of purchase. On top of that they are charging me for a month and a half before we actually moving in, tells a lot how good they are at what they are doing.

Last week we received an extortionate estate service charge. So I went back and requested, as is my legal right, various supporting info as to what exactly these costs related to. Asking for a reply in 5 working days. Needless to say I heard nothing, chased again today only to be told to make my request via their portal. We have recently taken over as a RTM of our block due to poor service and now again they are being elusive. And to be frank, the response was rude and dismissive. A formal complaint is on its way….most probably chucked in a dark corner with all their other complaints.
