Someone named Sergio calls me from…

Someone named Sergio calls me from different numbers 3x day. He acts like he knows me - when I ask who is this "Sergio from FirstQuote. Do you still need your health insurance." It's creepy - told him - he shouldn't act like he knows someone - remove my number. He called me back THREE times. The last time he told me I was a dick. FIRE HIM. I will not use your service because of your LOSER employee

What’s Important For People To Know!

You ask what went wrong, and what can we do to make it better in the future! First living in the cancel culture, this review will be taken down. Even though reviews are supposed to be unremovable and untouched by the one being reviewed!
But An advertisement telling somebody you can get a quote by simply answering a few questions. About dental implant costs! When you hit search but Says absolutely nothing about it being a prescreen for health insurance. Didn't even complete filling out the form. When 20 seconds after putting my phone number in, the vultures descend. Not a single TELEMARKETER had any clue about my question for dental implant quotes. Just wanted to go over my application for Health Insurance! Which tells me this is not what it seems and is merely false advertising just to get a persons contact information to give them a sales pitch for health insurance! Then 75 more times in 2 hrs my phone rang. before I could answer. Because I was driving! When I stopped I answered and was asked about my application for health insurance I submitted, 2 seconds after I began to explain that I was only looking for a quote on implants! THEY HUNG UP ON ME! These guys are the finest example of why so many people dislike dealing with TELEMARKETERS.
P.S. 5 more phone came during the writing of this review!

Harassing Scam

SCAM
Never provided them a phone number or asked for a quote, but so far have received over 50 calls and texts from them in the last 24 hours. I told them to stop and that my number was on the “do not call list” and they hung up on me, then began harassing me by calling repeatedly and hanging up. They call and text from all different spoofed numbers. DONT CONTACT THIS COMPANY OR ASK FOR A QUOTE or they will not stop harassing you.

Do not get any quotes from first quote health they have you answer a bunch of questions thinking that they will give you some sort of dollar figure on the screen to know if you might be able to afford insurance and from 4p.m to the following morning before 10 a.m I already had close to 50 people call fighting to sell me insurance scammers and a larger number of spam call, I'm ready to throw my phone away.

If I could give ZERO stars I would SCAM

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is a clown factory. I went online to get a "quote". Filled out the form, clicked "get quote" and my cell phone lit up with phone calls and text message for quotes...and it won't stop! I spoke to a gentleman, who was on a headset and I could barely hear him, he transferred me over to a very nice lady "JoEllen". she was very nice, after I gave her the information again, we got disconnected. I called back and the guy that answered the phone transferred me to another guy that stated "once the call is terminated you have to start over with the application". I hung up. This company is a SCAM.

FirstQuote is a Scam!

I talked with an agent who seemed sweet about healthcare options. She said her name was Melissa, but who knows. When I said I will do more research and asked her to put the plan on hold because of the pricing, she said these plans are going fast and someone will likely snatch it up after me (nice try on creating urgency). Then, she said that calling around to other people will just be a waste of time. I said, it’s not a waste of time, it’s research. Then, in the sweetest voice, she said “well you wasted my time” and hung up on me.

I then called back and the receptionist patched me through to the “floor manager”. He assured me he would have a conversation with “Melissa” and have her retrained. Then, he attempts to sell me on a health plan. When I told him I did not want to continue the conversation, he said “well I’m not so sure I need to talk with her considering how you’re acting. I’m trying to help you and you are shutting me out.” I hung up after that petty jab.

Don’t waste your time when it comes to finding health insurance and shame on the people at FirstQuote who make a living attempting to steal from people.

Extremely rude

First off, I was sent texts daily about scheduling a time to talk. I finally had time in my schedule to talk to someone and got the call as scheduled.
When I was patched through to a customer representative, I was met with a lot of attitude and rudeness. We finally were able to discuss a possible option for me. However, when I mentioned that I just need a little more time to explore further options and to compare to what I currently have, the representative hung up on me.

Will never recommend FirstQuote Health nor will I ever want to go through them again.

Garbage scam

Endless loops of data collection with no actual quotes generated. Appears to be just collecting leads or for other nefarious purposes.

Definitely NOT

OMG, do not reach out to this company, or whatever it is. They told me they could give me a policy with an unspecified provider which I could review at my leisure as long as I pay for it immediately. When I responded that I will not pay for a product that I have not reviewed or approved, the “agent” responded, Fine, deal with your COBRA then, and hung up on me.

Don't trust them - Rude agent!

The first 2 agents I spoke with were friendly, but the third insisted I provide a credit card and became extremely rude and hostile when I explained my discomfort in providing that. He was awful!

Customer Service Person Racist and In It for the Money

Customer Service Person Racist and In It for the Money

I would actually like to rate this a 0. Even 1 star is too much.

After acknowledging that I needed to discuss the quote I was given with my family, and consider my options, the salesperson asked me to get them on the line while we were on the call.
I said that I couldn't because they are in India. To which he responded "Oh does he [my father] not have a cell phone?"

Really tired of ignorance being an excuse for racism. His presumption was extremely hurtful and unnecessary. I couldn't call my family: a. Because I needed time to think and you can't demand that I call them
b. Because it was 2am in India...

I continued to tell him that I was not making an immediate decision and eventually he said something to the effect of, " oh so you don't have/won't be paying any money today, have a good day, bye" and hung up.
