Do Not use this company

Do NOT, I repeat, Do NOT try to get insurance quotes through this company. Complete business scam on their end. Keeping it short and sweet and letting anyone else know to just not go through them and get as far as I did and have to deal with so much.

I called to get a quote regarding health insurance

I called to get a quote regarding health insurance. The guy on the phone asked when I would want to start the plan. I said again I would just want some quotes. He insisted that he need to know. I said I needed it for 2 months from the day of the call. He then asked why and I stated I didn't want a insurance billed to me every month until I was certain I manage my budget. He then said ' well your going to need money, call back when you have money' This was extremely unprofessional and down right rude.

Avoid them.

This is an unusually devious health insurance scammer. Do NOT share any personal info. Do NOT purchase any products. They are like bad weather. You have to wait for their incessant phone calls to blow over.

When you pick up their call, do NOT press 9 to let them know you don't need to hear from them again. All they'll do is confirm that your number is valid and harass you with more calls. Then they'll sell your phone number to other scammers as "verified."

FirstQuote Health should be regarded as a criminal enterprise. Their business model is to rip people off by verbally promising things they have no intention of delivering. I predict that when regulators finally catch up to them, FirstQuote's owners will fire the employees, close the shop, and sock away their earnings overseas. Then they'll wait a while and come back with the same scam under a new name.

Insurance quote

I went online to check them out for dental insurance. Big mistake to put in your phone number. I received 30-50 calls a day. They start at 7:30am and stop at 6:pm. I have asked to be removed they say yes but continue to call non stop! I do not recommend checking them out.

Avoid this scam operation

Congratulations! You have looked up First Quote Health on Trust Pilot. With any luck, you have not surrendered any payment information to them. As you can see from the other reviews, this company is a scam operation.

I made the mistake of purchasing a plan that Albert Goff described as a very good one. The actual plan was not as Albert described it. Not even close. I called back within an hour to cancel the plan several weeks before it was to go into effect.

Albert Goff suddenly became a ghost: unavailable via the company line or the "personal line" he offers you during his pitch. The operators who did answer my calls assured me that my plan was cancelled and the charges would be refunded in four weeks.

I'm halfway through those four weeks but do not have confidence that First Quote will honor to their promise. So I am exploring other options...

If you're looking for health care, stick to healthcare.gov for legitimate plans. Avoid ALL brokers. Avoid ASHs, Avoid US Health Group. Avoid United Healthcare. And avoid First Quote. Any plan (like those offered by First Quote) that doesn't have a standard Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) is not legit.

Firstquotehealth is a scam company run…

Firstquotehealth is a scam company run by a lead generator company called Next Gen Leads. They are not licensed health insurance agents. This lead generator company sends your information to a number of scam companies, many that are not willing to disclose the name of their company... They'll actually come out and say sorry we can't give you the name of our company BUT we want you to buy health insurance from us.

This is related to quotelab, LLC, obamacareplans.com, and mediaalpha. Stay away from all of those names. These schemes are run by a lunatic jerk in California.

Hounds you and DOES NOT listen

Because I was looking for best health insurance on the marketplace I signed up for best quotes online. HUGE MISTAKE!! This company has called me daily (sometimes as close as 3 minutes apart, and up to 50 times a day!!!) I answered just to get off their list. I have told 5 agents that and STILL getting calls. Today, was first time after calling a received a text from said number. Also, I blocked numbers but the last 4 digits changed. I have so many of their numbers blocked! It is a long list. I would NEVER do business with a company that DOES NOT listen when told to stop and remove me from list. Or that calls endlessly and never leaves a message!!

This company has a Representative name…

This company has a Representative name Tony, that call me 6 times in a row, over a 3 minute time period and I explain the first 3 times he called, that I’ve already purchase Health Insurance. Then after he contuied to call me for the next 4 days 5 and 6 times per day, I answered his call, to try to tell him again to stop calming me and he went into this whole long sales pitch, about once I requested Heath Insurance information on Market Place, he was required to call me over and over again until I allow him to go over the details of what health insurance coverage, I have already purchase, so he could make sure I purchase, in his words the right insurance coverage for my family and I. So natural I explain to him, like I’d done several times before, that I not required to explain anything to him and that my health insurance coverage was personal and private information that I don’t need to discuss with anyone other than the parties involve and when I asked him what company he worked for he told me First Quote Health and I told him like I’ve done 7 or 8 times before, I’m on a No Call List, which should prevent him from calling me once I’ve told him not to call me and I’d like for him and his company to stop calling me, now and for ever. So I hope I don’t hear from him again, but I felt that I owe it to anyone that is considering buying health insurance, to know how this company allows there representatives to treat there potential clients. There is No Way I’ve ever do business with this company and I hope that someone at First Quote Health will read this complaint and change there business practices in the future, so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

THIS IS A SCAM!!

I had an agent call saying he was responding to my inquiry from Health Registration Company. His name was Nick Ligouri. He cussed me out calling me a witch and a c*nt when I refused to give him my debit card. The call back number he gave me was fake. I have the phone calls recorded to prove it. The next guy that called called me a "b word." Since about two hours ago, I've gotten 30 different calls from different numbers all with a similar level of rudeness and force. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!! I've been trying to find someone to call to report this crap and there's nothing

Avoid First Quote Health

I wanted an online dental insurance quote from these guys, didn't want to talk to a salesman. I got too far down the "rabbit hole" and gave up waaaaay too much information and the calls began within minutes of exiting the site. There is NO access to a quote without speaking directly with someone. By the end of the 2nd day, I had 198 calls. Five days later, the calls are still coming, although the number has decreased due to blocking those numbers. The practices they use with the robo calls involves spoofing numbers where the last 4 digits may be sequential and they even used my birth year as the last 4 on one of the numbers (multiple calls from that one). I got text messages and a couple of emails!
Horrible business model bordering on harassing anyone that clicks to get a quote.

Yes, it's a scheme.

Yes, it's a scheme. They're looking for desperate people. And these are desperate times that we are living in. I also received 17 calls this a.m. I'm no longer answering the phone. Every link I click on takes me to nothing even close to what I'm looking for.. I don't even remember filling out an application that could and would be used by exploitation actors such as these some of these. Of course, some of the calls are from legitimate companies working to make money through the Medicare system. But, remember, some of the exploited are also being exploited and don't realize it. There's an enormous need for money right now. And some will do just about anything to get it - unethically, immorally, or illegally. What we have is Prayer to the Hearer of Prayer Psalms 65:2.

Do not ever visit this website

Do not ever visit this website. Do not ever give these people your phone number. I received over 50 phone calls as soon as I entered my information.
This morning, my phone has not stopped ringing for over 2 hours nonstop. They have called from over 25 different phone numbers. They are relentless.
They must do it just to be as annoying as possible since no one in their right mind would ever buy anything from these criminals. Not only do they need to be put out of business, they need to be jailed or taken out and shot, preferably both.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Would not provide a summary of benefits - said it was "against the law" and can be misconstrued to be a promise of payment. Felt rushed on the phone. Shame on me, the plan was great and I had a 30 day cancel, so I dove it. The next day in learning more about the plan, it was not at ALL what we talked about. No, you cannot see a doctor if you are sick, if you have had the preventative care the plan provides. Cancelled immediately. Never got the promised email for cancellation, never got the credit on my AX. Called 5 days later, same promises of email confirmation and credit to my cc. Nothing. Crickets. Finally called American online benefits and got to a great customer service rep. They cancelled and refunded my card. First Quote Health feels like a scam. Do not trust in my opinion!

I called the number on their website to…

I called the number on their website to remove my number from their call list. The lady pretended to delete my number and then told me it would take 24 hours to work. Every two minutes (no exaggeration), I kept getting calls about insurance plans. No matter how much I told them I was not interested, they continued to push. Finally, I realized that these calls were outsourced and the reps were using cell phones. So I went to the FirstQuote Health website to sign up for quotes using the cellphone numbers that called me twice. Now they get to feel what it is like to have these people bug them about health plans.
I called the company back today to again, request to be put on the do-not-call list. They immediately hang up on me without answering. I used my other line to call and got through in one ring! I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. "No. I am unable to transfer to my supervisor...". Fine! Tell your supervisor I have the FTC webpage open and I will report them to the FTC if I got one more call. "Ok I am messaging them now.....Ok. we removed you from the list". After we hang up....ring ring...it's them calling about health plan options. FTC report filed. BBC and California Attorney Generals' office are next.

Beware - unprofessional agent or scam artist?

Sold policy on 3/15, 45 days prior to 6/1 effective date to lock rate. Assured cancellation within 30 days after effective date will result in full refund.

Called Albert Groff (agent) 4/20 to cancel. Unavailable, I spoke with another employee and supervisor. Both indicate policy will cancel without refund because request more than 30 days after enrollment. Asked for documentation signed by me stating this, however we could not locate. Supervisor (Matthew), referred me to the federal website for details. Not sure where this site is, or how it can assist.

I authorized cancelation and again asked to speak with my agent. Told he was on the phone with a client. Asked for a call back. Was told that was not possible because policy was cancelled and I am no longer his client.

May 1st, no call, no refund and access to member portal remains. Confused by conflicting information and an unprofessional insurance agent, I contacted my bank to assist with recovery of funds
