I called the 1-800 number for First…
I called the 1-800 number for First Tech and got a real person within seconds. The support person walked through my question very efficiently and we got to the bottom of my issue after some going back and forth. I am a Guardian and was unable to login using my own login. Then when we solved my issue, she made a suggestion on my account to get me a higher interest rate by changing my checking accounts to First Rewards Checking. Great interaction. If you’re not going to have the drive through teller as an option have more tellers at the front. There were only two tellers working l. There was one person in a room doing nothing and another helping someone and the person that welcomes people helping someone and the manager not helping anyone. The line is now out the door. There is no sense of urgency to help members.
Rachel the person who helped me said come on over not I can help you now . She did thank me for waiting. But you need more help for simple transactions that cannot be completed by atms

Divya helped me to replace my accounts after a Scammer nearly tricked me into giving HIM access to my accounts that contained nearly $25,000 to buy a new car. Her kind and patient help in closing my compromised accounts and opening new accounts was a huge relief. Well, well done.

They pay attention
All of the folks at First Tech were great as they helped me set up a CD ladder. At first, I didn't think we would be able to do it, as I had specific requirements that didn't fit with the current First Tech offerings. Leah, a First Tech financial services rep, listened to my needs and agreed that the products I was looking at didn't quite meet my requirements, but asked if she could look into it and get back to me. Leah brought Christopher Ray into the discussion, who, in no time flat, listened to the problem, identified a solution that exactly met my needs, and completed the necessary paperwork. No muss or fuss, and no upsell, just great service.

RMD Scheduling and follow through
After 5 years and through COVID, my RMD was finally taken out on time. I did have to ask for some additional information, but hopefully this will be the last year I need to ask about it until I need to change my withholdings! Started in 2019 with my first RMD and went fine. Then COVID hit and unbeknownst to me, no RMDs were taken during 2020. Next 4 years were issues.
