We have been extremely happy with the Credit Union since we joined it many years ago. Mr Hong Vo has been working with us since we retired and has been very helpful in suggesting ways to maximize our savings while keeping our accounts secure. A Truly Customer-First Loan Process
I approached First Tech’s lending team for my car loan based on my positive experience with them in 2017. They quickly assessed my request and approved the loan with a competitive APR within two days. The required documents and clear disbursement steps were shared the very next day. As a special request, they even sent the loan cheque via overnight courier, allowing me to purchase the car over the weekend. Throughout the one-year payoff period, every email and call was handled promptly, including waiving a penalty caused by a technical issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose First Tech again for my next loan.
