I’ve had a a great experience banking with First Tech over the years. They have a supportive and attentive team of professionals, including Benny Mirsan, who has been incredibly helpful in helping me achieve my financial goals.

I needed to do several steps in a process to move assets in and out of accounts. Eric knew what to do immediately and walk me through every step, then fully verified the completion. Does not get any better than this.

For over 50 years, I have been a member of the First Tech Federal Credit Union. Throughout this time, they have undergone numerous transformations, yet they never lost sight of prioritizing customer satisfaction and developing processes and products that enhance members’ experiences while maximizing their members’ financial returns. Recently, I have been collaborating with Eric Pseat, a Premier Financial Representative. Eric has provided me with valuable insights, options, and unwavering support, exemplifying the exceptional experience that I have come to expect from First Tech. It is fortunate for both me and the First Tech Federal Credit Union that Eric is a member of their organization. In addition to Eric, programs such as the Premier Program have been instrumental in meeting my expectations and reinforcing my continued long-term membership, even when other financial institutions are intensifying their efforts to entice me to relocate my assets.

Amber Fish is our anchor at First Tech. As a senior couple we struggle a bit to grasp all of our options. Amber patiently guides us with understanding all of our options and outcomes clearly. We appreciate her time and patience and could not be happier with our returns from First Tech.

I appreciate the personal service and assistance that I have received from First Tech over the years. Hong Vo in particular has been very helpful. He keeps track of when our CDs are maturing and calls me around that time to see what we want to do with those funds. If I have questions in the meantime it's good to know that there is someone I can call to get some answers. I may be able to earn slightly better interest rates with some larger bank but I would never get the personal service that I get from First Tech and Hong Vo.

I love FirstTech for its ease to open accounts with them and continuous support. I have been working with Benny Mirsan since 2022, he is knowledgeable, super supportive and easy to reach for any question / support required. Sam Frutos keeps me updated with latest offers and makes the banking very easy. Plus they are honest about their products: if they are not suitable or not the right time, they just tell you.
