I had a fantastic experience with First Thought Financial. Navin was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. It was such a relief to have someone knowledgeable guiding me through setting up my income protection policy.
I was also really impressed to find out they offer fee-free mortgage advice, which I’ll definitely be exploring with them soon.

From the start to finish Carly has been an excellent mortgage broker for us. She was always very responsive and got our mortgage application agreed within days !. There were legal delays which meant we went to the wire on our mortgage offer. Carly quickly took the initiative to request an extension and when declined, challenged the decision which she managed to overturn with the lender !. The additional 45 days grace made a difference as it gave us time to successfully exchange and complete on our dream home purchase.! We'll definitely use Carly and First Thought Financial again to help with our future remortgage requirements.

I initially called last year, May 2024, to explore life cover for my mum and the service we received was impeccable.

Phil was so patient and professional and he really took his time to ensure we were well informed. Mums English isn’t the best either so heavy on how patient and determined he was in making sure she understood which was truly amazing and very much appreciated.

Of the many things I was impressed about, I really respected how genuine my interaction was with Phil - absolutely no upselling or pressuring us to agree on a cover like I’ve experienced with other advisors. I called back a few weeks later and got mum covered with him.

I was so impressed with Phil’s professionalism and knowledge that I’m back a year later but taking out cover for myself!
