On the whole i was satisfied
On the whole i was satisfied with Fischer heat.
I had 2 heater and water heat heater installed which was done in a professional way leaving the site clean and tidy.
I was not informed why the recommended products was best for me. I think that the products are expensive comprepared with local companies .

Amazing product
Amazing product, fantastic team, very happy all round. Provides hot water just when you want it rather than storing in a cylinder and going to waste. Very efficient, no loss of flow, you just pay for what you use. Costs a bit more but definitely worth it. Also fits neatly in the little cupboard under the stairs so a great space saver. Sales team, installers and after sales service from Danny all great, explained everything and very helpful all round.

I have recently had room heaters…
I have recently had room heaters installed by Fisher. The removal of water radiators and insulation of the electric heaters was carried out efficiently and neatly. The heaters are excellent, warming rooms to desired temperatures and readily programmable.

Where do I start
Where do I start; didn't turn up on the agreed date (holiday taken to cover them coming), didn't contact us to say they weren't coming, we had to chase them. Came the next day, installers attitude was very "can't be bothered", no communication between the person who sold me the heaters and the installer, as the installer had no idea heaters were to be removed. Installer fitted one of the units in the wrong place, again due to lack of communication when told, he removed and replaced but did not make good the wall he'd incorrectly added fittings to.
I sent an email regarding this and to date I've had no reply. (5 days so far)
For the amount of money I paid - over £5k I'd suggest to anyone, shop around. They are currently not worth the cash.

Heated Towel Rail.
Although the two chaps came later in the afternoon than I expected the actual installation didn't take as long as I expected it to. It is a little deeper than I expected and held onto the wall with hooks, again something I wasn't expecting but the towel rail works and the control simple to use so overall I am happy but the real test will come in the winter.
