Initial survey carried out by Andrew Cree. i explained what l wanted to achieve in terms of heating and hot water supply. He took several measurements around my flat to ensure what he was recommending would satisfy my stated requirements. He offered me two options and l decided to accept the offer of the 3 radiators and a new boiler to provide me with constant hot water. The whole new system was installed on 7 May 2026. The team arrived on time and the electrical work was carried out namely the installation of the radiators. The electrician explained in detail how they worked and how to set them to my requirements. Secondly the plumbing side took place. I now have a very effective hot water system and a much smaller boiler freeing up a lot of space for storage. Your team worked very efficiently. No mess and they took away all the now defunct boiler and radiators. Not once did they ask for a cup of tea or to use the Loo! I'm delighted with the new system it works perfectly. Warm flat and a plentiful supply of hot water. It's not cheap but if it satisfies your heating and hot water requirements then it's worth every penny!

Removed current heating system- a catalogue of plumber errors including sharp pipes left & bizarre things like a towel going missing. Was persuaded that aquafit hot water system would additionally be money saving & as good as current pressure or as near as…. Lack of comms with complaints and still waiting for comms when will be rectified. We have used majority of our savings to pay pay more than £16000 - we’re teachers. Not willing to pay second half until get service & comms thought we’d paid for.
We had a visit to rectify issues on the day only once posted on trust pilot.
We have been informed that fisher rectified issues at their own cost- hmm- is that not what it should be. An offered compensation of £100 to compensate for a missing towel, blocked sinks, poor original work is pretty patronising. Have asked where to take this next as £100 compensation for a £16000 job is not acceptable. Happy to review products as good if service was good.
Settled on £200 'goodwill gesture' reduction of our bill.

Absolutely outstanding from beginning to installation, Neil Jones our rep was so informative and helpful, answered all our questions, we don't have central heating so this is a life changer for us, radiators work perfectly and so happy we did it, installation was great and they showed us how they work, clean and tidy when installing, kept us updated the whole way what they were doing, thanks Fischer, very happy customer 😀

Everyone that we have dealt with at Fischer has been helpful & knowledgeable. From my initial request for information, providing the literature, the assessment of what was required and then the installation, every person that we have dealt with has been friendly, efficient & professional.

Harvey our Engjneer was brilliant. Made sure we knew exactly how to operate the system and left the apartment in an acceptable state.
There is always a but - there was no way he and his helpful partner would get the instillation complete in one day and he had to get his partner back to Leicester for another job. It’s a long way from Leicester to Portsmouth and takes hours both ways. Harvey worked his butt off. He is a credit to his Company and please let them know what I have said. Paula Riches

The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained the hand set and set the temperature to my liking. They left written instructions and also a helpline number for technical advice. They even cleaned up afterwards.

I had the boiler and hot water heater installed nearly 3 years ago, it was very expensive. However, I saved the money on installation in 2 years from lower energy bills. Now my electric bills are half of what my neighbours pay.

My only concern has been reliability issues which they have managed to sort out but off course with any heating system, once it breaks you need to get it repaired as quick as possible. If Fischer had a monthly fee, I'd happily pay this in order to get priority support if it broke down.

The process starts with a home visit from an experienced representative of Fischer who surveys to ensure you get the right product. Installation is then booked if you go ahead. Installation was quick, tidy and efficient. The product, in our case a radiator, is excellent and a huge improvement on the radiator it replaced.

Fischer kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, from the initial contact right through to installation day.
The radiators are of high quality and the installation team fitted them very well and were extremely clean and tidy.
The team were also very knowledgeable and helpful, during the installation.
I was also impressed to receive a post-installation follow up call from Customer Services!

My Fischer installation was very satisfactory, with good, reliable service on location, and customer service by phone. The products will prove much cheaper and effective than before.

We had a great service from the start to completion of our aquahot water system and radiators. The team arrived on time and completed the work with a friendly and competent manner. We had 3 storage radiators fitted as replacements for our previous radiators. The fitters worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up any mess.
The radiators look good and appear to be much more energy efficient to our previous ones. We won’t know until we need to turn them on. We had the Fischer Aqua water heating system fitted several years ago and have have been pleased with that. All company personnel we dealt with, customer service, surveyor and fitters were friendly, polite and helpful. I’d recommend them to others.

Great service from start to finish, we would recommend this company to any of our friends very polite and tidy lads who did the job, even the Rep Tony who came to see us first.

From start to finish our experience with Fischer has been excellent. Initial visit very thorough, communications perfect and the installation very good indeed. Great support throughout the process and very happy with the results.

The engineers were highly competent and friendly.

The plumbers and electricians worked well together and there was minimal mess at all times.
