Avoid this scamming company. They trade under different names, don't answer their emails or phone calls. The product never arrives after numerous attempts to chase up the order. Avoid completely.

We have used the tracking no. for Yodel Couriers as given on your e-mail, it states the order hasn't arrived to them yet either, please could you check if this order has been dispatched yet, or refund the sum of £21.44 as soon as possible.

Always get my products in good time, sometimes has a bit of damage to packing ( post office or carrier I assume). Products are excellent quality though. Cost is good if you buy a bit more than you really need, saves a bit on carriage because of Island restrictions, (ferry costs I imagine)
