Avoid this scamming company. They trade under different names, don't answer their emails or phone calls. The product never arrives after numerous attempts to chase up the order. Avoid completely.

3 weeks for delivery
3 weeks for delivery. Took a week of chasing to find out the order I paid for was not even in stock. Had to chase many times, fishing bait world have not been very pro active in updating me but are happy to take orders even when not in stock. Not ideal when trips are planned. Fortunately I was able to source bait from another company while waiting for fishing bait world. I believe if an item is not in stock one should be advised at point of sale. Sending a tracking number indicates the order is on its way. Several emails were just ignored, the phone was unanswered and messages slow. Overall I found the experience very disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered some bits on 14-9-21
Ordered some bits on 14-9-21. It's now 22-9-21 and they haven't been shipped yet.
I emailed 3 times, no reply. Called the number on the website 4 times, it just rings out. So I joined the Facebook group and left a message. I then get a reply that basically just says, we're running late. It'll be shipped soon.
Won't be using them again.

Lack of contact and information
I’ve never had an issue before, but unfortunately they dropped the ball with my last order. Order placed on a Sunday, email on Monday evening to say the package was on the way……nothing by Thursday. Rang the company throughout the day, no answer. Emailed, no answer. Finally got through on the Friday and they said the product had only just come into the warehouse. If that was the case, then they should’ve stated out of stock on the website and not took my money. Package finally arrived the following Monday.
